seems you have polished thru the clear coat. maybe not. need a clearer pic to evaluate if its just haze the compound you used is very heavy. a cleaner wax or a light polish will not be able to remove the haze created by 3m scratch remover. if youre from laguna area, i'll will be willing to check it out and polish it using a Dual Action polisher.

Ouch. I'll have to concur with Ginnova, and say that it does look like you went through the clear - the dark outline that the delineates the polished area would seem to indicate that. Were you able to test if there's paint transfer if you try applying some polish to the affected area? You'll see color transfer to your applicator, like so (picture taken from this article):



If you're able to do so, take advantage of Ginnova's offer - I've seen shots of his work, and they're fantastic. Another place I can recommend would be Drive Bright in QC - talk to the owner, Gian, he'll be able to evaluate if you've gone through the clear.
