i suggest you need to bring back your car to your coating shop. they may have a fix or remedy to remove the tree saps without harming their own ceramic coat. but it might be for an additional fee na yan. tree sap is one of the most difficult contaminants na tanggalin kapag dumikit at na-dry na, so as with ashpalt and bird poop...

Right. I guess my concern is what do I do to avoid this in the future? Just be vigilan in checking the car often and use the correct liquids to wipe them off as soon as possible?

I have a sealant and I have no issues with bird droppings, tar and bugs. These things shouldn't affect the coat if it cured properly. maintenance washes and of course tar/sap/bug removal if necessary...

Maintenance washes as instructed by Larry of Ammo NYC mean rinse with water then dry with a lubricant. Do you mean the same?

if heavily soiled... you still need a waah to soften the dirt..

    either way coat needs maintenance...

I bought some products at Amazon to maintain the glass coat of our car. Carpro has their Reload spray. Gyeon has their Cure spray. I went with Gyeon to try it out.

Rinse then foam wash using ph neutral shampoo then use the maintenance spray as a drying aid.

**Also bought Gyeon Wet Coat to try out to our non-coated cars also**

What product sir? And where did you get your glass coating?

Carpro products are also sold by the same seller from paranaque where I got the ONR. There's the reload and the ech2o. The ech2o is like ONR, where there's a ratio for QD, no rinse and clay lube.

Ung glass coating ko sa tabi tabi lang haha sa shop ng friend ko. I think pika2rain gamit nya, from japan.

Product na binili ko sa amazon is Gyeon Cure and Gyeon wetcoat. Gyeon cure is their maintenance spray. Mga once a month to maintain glosiness and hydrophobicity. Should work with other brand's coating as well.

Gyeon wetcoat naman is for our cars without any coating. Will try it out kung it works as advertised.

First time I washed the car with coating the other day. Sobrang bilis nga linisin. The water just drops off unless puro flat surfaces. Buhos mode na ako. Hehe.
