I had my car washed at Big Bert's yesterday. When it's time for me to pick it up, they said that it needs a wax because tree saps are all over the car and are hard to remove just by a simple car wash. I said they cannot wax my car because it is ceramic coated. And they said "ah, pangit pagkakalagay, sir". I chose not to react na lang. What do they mean?

I asked Donj about this and he said that if tree sao isn't removed within 24 hours, it will really be hard to remove without light buffing.
