That was 4 months ago. Ayoko na nga muna magpaengine wash uli

^^ same thing for me... kaya mas gusto ko, ako na lang engine wash ng car... bili na lang ng spray for water (yung gamit sa garden) para controlled kung saan pupunta yung water.

Okay ang degreaser, but the problem is pati lubicant ng mga bearing ng pulley mo tangay… magugulat ka na lang iingay at eventually lead to replacement. As boss afrasay said, dishwashing liquid dissolved in water lang, good degreaser na. minsan nga powdered detergent panglaba lang gamit ko…nadala na ko sa degreaser / kerosene sa mga dati kong ride.

In my experience, wala akong tinatakpan sa 4ja-1. basta wag lang todo tutok sa vital components like alternator, brake and clutch fluid reservoirs at electricals..daan daan lang with a distance lalo’t pressure washer ang gamit.

Most vehicles have an under cover or lower splash guard to prevent any unnecessary water splashes to get into the engine. Not unless you get in to a flooded area

If the water enters the grill then that it is much better because you have added another cooling factor for your radiator and condeser and I don't think it would even come close to the engine. Most cars have an under cover or lower splash guard to prevent unnecessary splashes from under the car unless you drive it in to a flooded area .

Please advise which shops do a good job in washing the engine in the QC area. Most gas stations now refuse to do an engine was for gasoline engines. At least for my Land Cruiser, no problem, because its diesel. I want to have my MB wagon's engine washed. TIA. D
