Megs white wax is not too common here, you have a hard time getting feedback from this forum. But you are looking for cleaner wax specific for a light colored paint, it's worth a try, it will definitely amp up the shine, since it contains abrasives found in megs ultimate polish. Just dont rely too much on the protection, durability is not the strength of cleaner waxes, i suggest you follow it up with a more durable wax or sealant.

Any detailing product needs to be applied on a clean surface. That is standard procedure unless the product is a cleaner itself, e.g. glass cleaner, quick detailer, degreaser, etc.

It will work better on clean windows, it is not an aggressive watermark cleaner, you will need to put in some pressure to make it work, if it dries, just spray water and rub it in again until you see your desired results.

kuko! fingernail. and even then, you might cause some scratch marks... heh heh.
    others say vinegar.
and the earlier, the better, before the cement hardens.

Try mo sir mag clay, pero this will create cloudiness sa paint or swirls, follow it up nlng ng polish.
