Thanks for the cheaper alternative... Can I use the 3M performance finish alternately?

    1. Wash
    2. 3M performance finish. Let cure for 24hrs?
    3. Nanosliq+1:1 water solution

kapag nagdumi or after 1 week
    4. Wash
    5. OCW (Let cure ulit?)
    6. Nanosliq+1:1 water solution

Bronze color ng car ko and 1 month pa lang... NanoGloss and NanoSliq combo ginamit ko sa loob ng 1 month.
I'd simplify things a little - you can go something like week 1 3M, week 2 NanoSliq, week 3 OCW, week 4 NanoSliq, then repeat. Heck, I'd have no problems going week 1 3M, week 2 and 3 Sliq, week 4 OCW, week 5 and 6 Sliq, then repeat - both the sealant and the wax should be durable enough for that.

You can get Carlack - which is the virtually the same product, rebranded (actually Klasse is the rebrand) - from Big Berts and some MC Home Depots. 2,600 for the twins.

Thanks for this. My car had some watermarks due to the carwash done by the CASA when I had a change oil.
I washed my car again using ONR. Then applied OCW while car is still wet and dried it. Tama ba itong process na ito?

I noticed that there were still some watermarks left. So I guess ONR and OCW cannot remove these. I applied nanogloss in the watermark and removed some of them. I am not sure if it removed it or just hide it.

I guess I need cleaner wax or pre-cleaner wax muna for these watermarks before applying OCW.

ONR washing doesn't leave a lot of solution on the panel, so it should be fine - though what you can do is do a first drying pass with one MF to get most of the water off the car, then spray OCW and finish drying afterwards.

ONR and OCW won't remove watermarks. NanoGlos has some cleaning ability, so it can remove some of it, but you're right - a proper cleaner wax or pre-wax cleaner would be a better option.

    Thanks again umi001...
I was able to remove most of the watermarks using ONR with QD strength... I read somewhere in these forums to start with the least abrasive method first in removing watermarks. I think there is only about 3-5 small dots left on my hood. So this means the next one which is the pre-cleaner wax. I went to blade/true value in park square and found meguires/mother's pre-cleaner wax/step1. Medyo pricey pala sila. Well, kasi malaki bote for aboth 500+ pesos.

Then since I am now paying attention to my paint, I noticed naman now na parang meron about 5 very small biloys. Parang sa clearcoat lang ang affected. Parang butas na kasing laki ng lang ng tuldok. Baka nalagyan ng alikabok nung nag-apply ng clearcoat ang factory? May solution ba dito o wag ko na lang pansinin?

I've not used the products, but based on everything I've read, I'd go for the Platinum wax (though probably the paste version, just because I'm partial to paste waxes myself ) - in fact I'm planning on adding TWPUG paste to my collection. The FX spray would be fine, though depending on the car color, the Reflections Spray Wax might be a better option.

kung red po yung car, use the Reflections Spray wax ng Mothers. the FX is much better for silver color shades. believe me... i know. 'learned from the experts here and PD.
