    WBR,
90%+ of looks comes from the prep. You need to have your car's paint in perfect condition - no embedded contaminants, and swirls and scratches polished out - to get a proper shine. The choice of wax or sealant would only add 10% or less - waxes and sealants are more for protection. So, make sure your car's paint is in good condition - this will require polishing and (maybe) compounding. Afterwards, any product would look good - heck, I've seen some good-looking posts on other detailing forums using Turtle Wax Hard Shell. Conversely, the most expensive Zymol or Swissvax wax will not make swirly, cloudy, scratched paint look good.

Also, just to define terms (as commonly used - note some companies use them differently) - a polish is a product that is used to level/abrade the paint, in order to remove swirls and scratches. A wax (or sealant) is a product used to protect the paint, preventing contamination from sticking and preventing UV damage to the clear coat. So these serve two different purposes. Sure, there are products that do both (usually called all-in-ones or cleaner waxes/sealants), but as with all things, it is (generally) better to use products made for specific purposes, rather than jack-of-all trade products.

First attempt failed. Hehe. Ang hirap pala nito.

Started to wash the car around 4am. Fail. Madilim.

No shade? For example, around 5-7am?
Again, another stupid question. :D

Tapos nag pre-wax cleaner pa ako. Ang trabaho pala. )

Ganito kasi ginawa ko - applied Mother's Step 1 using plush. Removed the wax using same plush towel. Mali ata yun, dapat ibang towel gagamitin for removal. Tapos used the same towel for buffing. Hehe. :O

    1. Dapat ba completely dry yung panels bago apply-an ng kung anu-ano? In this case, yung Step 1.
Pero after some time sinilip ko. Ang daming puti-puti.
    Suspected culprits:

    different towels for everything
nope, dawn's a great time especially for us early birds. plus you get the morning sun for side panel sunshots and product curing.

    1. tuyuin mabuti, mayron ka namang Elite
    2. C. too much product. as long as it's wet, the product is there. try coin-sized then go from there. anong wax ang ginamit?

    Yes. simple lang pero matrabaho.
