Hehe yeah i guess its time i leave you boys for another detailing session, i'll try to catch up one time, but try to include new people, i've been getting messages from some people inquiring about the next detailing seminars so im sure there are also others that are interested

Hmmm i have an idea, why don't you volunteer your car if ever they are going to tackle machine polishing, that way you get the service for free but of course we're still not sure on how far we could finish in one day, we'll probably continue the project car some other day or some other weekend, of course it will be used to teach other newbies on how to polish paint but of course with the guidance of Ed, as far as i know there are already some regulars here that are also familiar with machine polishing that can help out

At the Megs seminar i attended, two cars (from the attendees) were picked for detailing. One darkest and one lightest. Sounds good eh. Problem is, only the hoods will be detailed to accomodate all participants in applying what they have learned during the classroom session. One group will be prepping the surface, one group will do the correction, and the last group will do finishing touches.

Hope you guys push on with the EB. It'll sure be a fun day.

I use Meguiar's Ultimate Compound on my rotary buffing machine once every other month. On a weekly basis, I use Collinite 915 Marque D'Elegance applied by hand.

+1 sa paint prep! Pag properly cleaned and polish ang paint kahit OTC wax lang will yield great results.

Lupit pala ng 915. Sa experience ko naman mas longer lasting ang shine ng Z2 with ZFX vs 915. Mga 2 weeks lang and 2 carwashes nawawala na shine ng 915 but water sheeting is still there.

eto rin pansin ko sa 915 madali mawala ang shine pero yung beading effect ang lopet...2 days ng madumi yung car ko and kanina lang ako nakapag carwash but beading still there..

Di ba mauubos clearcoat niyan kung Megs Uc every 2 months especially kung rotary pa gamit?

Mga sir ask ko lang, bakit kaya palaging nauunang nawawala ang beading ng 476 sa trunk ko? While sa roof and hood ok pa naman. Wala ng beading halos yung trunk while sa hood at roof ok na ok pa. 1 week old pa lang yung 476.

AFIK, because of the heat generated under the hood that makes its life faster.....
