for the crevices of door guards and other claddings, use taper-ended brushes made of fine animal hair. it is best to spot the dirt lodged-in when it's new to prevent it from hardening. be gentle with the edges, folds, embossments cos paint is thinner in those parts and may be adhered a bit weaker. baka mag peel.

Pinaka cost effective yung Megs APC kasi yung 1 gallon niya concentrated hanggang 11 gallons ng APC magagawa at 10:1 dilution and 5 Gallons kung 4:1 dilution.May duty kasi ako hanggang 10pm eh. Cge sir bigyan kta sample ng megs APC. Office ko malapit lang sa Bridgestone sa may Northgate. Yung sa Grill ng Ge ko gamit ko Mothers Naturally Black pag namuti dahil tinamaan ng wax.

    Hi guys,
Are Klasse sealants always a two part process? Meaning, do I always have to apply AIO first before SG? Or can I apply SG solely? Thanks!

It purely depends on what stage of application and what condition is the paint surface it will be applied on.Yes you can use AIO or SG solely but both products work better when used as instructed.

If you have to use only one between the two, I'll go with AIO but that's just me.

Mam are the cleaners of NanoGLOS strong enough to remove 476? Because after reading this

I was just wondering kung kaya rin nya tanggalin ang existing coat ng 476? Plan ko kasi, since every 2 weeks ako nagdedetail using 476, is use NanoGLOS on the first week para medyo bawas na yung 476. Advisable po ba? Thanks.

BTW long time no post ah hehe.
it is not that strong enough to remove 476 but ideally once you put on 476 you should no longer put anything on top, if you mean that you use Nano Glos as an inbetween product between 476 then you could just skip the Nano Glos part.

monthly nga siguro ako mag carlack twins then yung weekly ko is pure wax hanap na lang ako based don sa recommendations mo. meron akong meguiars deep crystal carnauba wax -- ok na ba ito for your recommendation na pure wax weekly? based sa reply mo on pure waxes meron akong 2 items na binanggit mo -- microtex nano gloss and reflections top coat. so which is better sa 3 ang gamitin ko weekly as pure waxes -- microtex nano glos, reflections top coat or meguiars deep crystal carnauba wax?

then every last week of the month e mag microtex twins or reflection twins naman ako in preparation for every first week of the month na carlack twins.

by the way mam madkatz, im sked to go to australia and us this coming nov-dec. so don baka makabili na ko ng collonite kung may time to walk around...
yes the wax you mentioned is already classified as a pure wax as long as its not the cleaner wax version

i would recommend top coat in your scenario since top coat has no cleaner no matter how light

if you'll be dropping by australia, a good wax to get there are swissvax and autoglym since their prices are cheaper compared to the US, both waxes are really REALLY good, now if you're in the US then i would recommend you try CG 50/50, Colly 915, FK 1kp, and DG Paste Wax

and also, pag ba light pressure lang ginamit ko sa SwirlX, pwede bang maging equally aggresive na sila ng pre-wax cleaner or cleaner wax dahil light pressure lang ginamit ko sa swirlx? o mas aggressive parin ang SwirlX compared sa pre-wax cleaner kahit light pressure lang on SwirlX?
zymol cleaner wax is a lot less aggressive than swirlX since it basically doesn't contain any significant abrasive whereas swirlX is a pure abrasive, zymol cleaner wax might be able to do the job but it still depends on the gravity of the water marks

swirlX will still have more cleaning power over the cleaner wax you mentioned provided that they are applied with the same pressure and everything

subukan ko this week sa ibang kotse na hindi sobrang tadtad ng swirls.
well as you've mentioned the swirls might be too deep already for swirlX

and you might not be working swirlX to its fullest potential, swirlX really needs moderate pressure to tackle light to moderate swirls and also has to be worked quite long

if you're planning on taking the easy route them use 3m scratch remover first and follow with swirlX to restore clarity but the proper mindset of the detailer should be to conserve the most clear coat that we could so i would say try swirlX with a different approach first

3m scratch remover is really really aggressive its even stronger than most rubbing compounds professionals use

you're right. test in a 1'x1' area using less to more aggressive products. Check the result with the untouched adjacent area 'til you find which product is effective. following up with a less aggressive product is a way to improve upon the previous.

this i say with hesitation cos ignorance is bliss , there are a lot of ways to check for blemishes, different types of light and different viewing angles. it's very subjective if we don't have the proper camera and pics.

you will also discover that a product can polish lighter swirls only to reveal heavier ones that you didn't notice before, hidden/lost in the confusion.
up with this one, very informative for newbie's hoping to tackle swirls

Anyway, my question is about my 2 week-old Innova. I was hoping to get some good maintenance tips from you guys on a good daily routine to be used to keep it in good condition. Maybe a list of materials used for washing, waxing, etc. I do have a problem though. I do not have a garage so my car is exposed to the sun and rain daily. The only option now is to get a car cover, but I've read it can cause light scratches, specially when the cover is taken on/off regularly. Ive read though that some use soft towels on the roof/sides/hood to prevent the scratches caused by the cover.

So basically I was hoping that you can give me some good advise on how to best take care of my car given the condition that I don't have a garage. Its a big investment so I think its best to protect our investment.
before we had the polycarbonate roof installed on our house as well as on my BF's place, both our cars were not covered, but we still won't take a gamble on a car cover, too risky for us, for me if you want to protect your car, just get a quality sealant and wax along with other detailing materials and just maintain it, twice a week washing and weekly waxing will already be enough, i've seen cars thats not covered that still looks like new, it all boils down to taking care of the car regularly

try a cleaner wax as mentioned, you could also try Nano Glos and work it in a little
