I would recommend you have both on hand, have a smaller bottle for the 4:1 however since you won't be likely to use this too much, 10:1 is already sufficient in most cases to remove residues from the pads especially if its attached to a rotary polisher, but there are some cases like some of the older megs polishes and waxes that really require degreasers to remove from pads
