i would recommend you use water first, if its not yet removed then use APC especially if the product isn't oily, if the product on the pad is really oily then you can use the degreaser but be sure to rinse it thoroughly after, any degreaser left on the pad once not rinsed thoroughly would degrade the foam

Thanks. Will use APC na lang before washing the pad. Ano mas maganda dilution 4:1 or 10:1?
