actually, Rain X is used for actual rain repelling by causing it to bead up and roll off the surface. the fog treatment is a different product.

decided not to put Rain X on my ride right now kahit medyo rainy season na. causes wiper judder on my ride. Id rather polish it with a good glass polisher.

Hope BB comes up with their new rainy dar promos though.

I have a two month old new-painted car, I think that's enough time for the paint to breath/cure (for the lack of better term), can I skip Step 1 and just use the Step 2 & 3 of Mothers?

hugasan mo na lang ng sabong panglaba ok na. tapos mag clay bar ka na. tapos hugasan mo uli gamit ng regular na car soap.

B2B: Yes, clay cleans only the surface of the paint (on top of the paint), while a paint cleaner cleans the paint itself even embedded dirt.

You can skip the diswashing soap part, the old wax will be stripped off by a paint cleaner anyways.

Can I clay every two months? Will this shred my clearcoat if I do it often? Can I also use clay on my chrome? glass? rims? Thanks!

you can clay as often as you want as long as proper lube is used.

kakadating lang ng meguiars cleaner wax ko, ung paste. how often can i use this? non-abrasive ba to? ano maganda i top dito? balak ko bumili ng soft99 fusso(eto ung sealant diba?) saka may 3m IHG pa ko dito. ok na ba un? meguiars cleaner wax - soft99 fusso - 3m IHG. and kung may budget pa baka bumili din ako ng pure carnauba wax. and ok ba ung sealant tapos glaze? or glaze tapos sealant?

another question, may nakagamit na sa inyo nung viking terry applicator pads? kasama kasi sa pinadala ng pinsan ko to. pack of 6, sayang naman kung hindi ko magagamit, though meron na kong megs applicator pads dito.

sorry kung nadiscuss na, sobra dami ng nabasa ko nag information overlaod na ata. hehehe.

You can use this as often as you want. Nipisan lang ang pagaaply baka mahirapan kang tanggalin.

Yup, its non abrasive, it contains paint cleaning agents.

Not sure kung sealant yung soft99 Fusso, but if your planning to use a sealant ditch the cleaner wax, its gonna affect the durability of the sealant big time, apply a paint cleaner with no wax before applying a sealant >> E.G. Klasse AIO then top off with Klasse S&G.

You can apply a carnuba wax on top of a sealant.

You'd better off with your off the shelf detailing products. IMO its pure hype.

I live in BF Pque and I'm looking at having my car detailed real soon... Any shops in the BF, Alabang or Las Pinas area that you will recommend??
