most of what was mentioned in that link was discussed here already. with regards to the items listed there, here's a few suggestions:Originally Posted by Syuryuken
go for MicroFiber (try to get a few of these for buffing, product removal)
adequate WashMitts
applicator pads
tire and trim dressing (wag Tire Black)
a decent carshampoo (with no wax, pls.)
decent wax (Eagle1, Megs, Moms...)
that and a few other items would help. it would be of great help if you search this thread first.
thanks theveed for the quote, pero when i removed the seat covers last saturday, halos wala na rin yung oil smell sa seats. i think dumikit na sa seat covers. anyway, i still hope i get to visit your shop and try your services. mag bukas na kasi kayo ng branch sa makati para malapit sa office.Originally Posted by theveed
1. ty sa staff ng bbpd specially kay messrs. theveed and blackmagic for helping me out with the detailing goodies.
2. tried the 3 step as soon as I got home, thus costing me 2 days (due to the curing) of my short vacation (exterior pa lang yun). sorry di ko nakunan ng pics ng before (kasi, madilim pa nung nag-umpisa ako) at ng after kasi umulan na...waaah! ganun ba talaga? kasama ng last na pahid ng wax ang ulan? buti na lang may silong...
sya, sensya na kung OT. :-P
B2Bomber: Pare, what do you mean by "due to curing" walang curing po involved sa mga nabili nyo... O baka you re-applied another LSP (last step product) the next day?

TIA
newly painted ba yung auto mo? if so, after 2 mos and 1 week na ang lumipas, its just about right so have some wax slapped on.
masters ok ba to use "bug and tar" cleaner sa asphalt/tar residue sa car body? i tried to clay it but it wont work enough. thanks for the help.
sorry po after doing some search i found all the answers i need.
any of the following pala.
1. bug and tar remover
2. kerosene
3. claying
i will go with bug and tar remover na lang to be safe.
Hi guys not exactly a newbie but been a lurker for the past few yearsI have learned alot from master Theveed himself

Just this afternoon I picked up a few MF's from Hans I was surprised to know they have it...
California MF's Reasonable for a pack of 12
any comments on TW's RainAway prod? my gf's sis seems to swear by it... just wondering if it's worth giving it a try...
Rainhop (if there are still any available...) is one of the more durable ones during bad weather. not much in the looks department though.
but the beads, the beading is mesmerizing.
ginagamit ko pag nag d-detail ako ay Zaino. this is the best product that i've used. clay bar muna bago yung wax. multiple coats (around 7 coats between their different bottles) and the result is unbelievable. yung shine ng paint ay parang basa sa tubig. wet look ika nga and you will only have to do this two times/year.
