I just got back from a car wash -- not at Big Bert's. I arrived at Big Bert's Ortigas at 11:25 a.m. and I was told to come back at 1 p.m. because they were about to have lunch break. I was also told there were nine cars in line, although I didn't see that many cars.
I had two bottles of wine in my trunk for the boys but I guess I will have to give these to somebody else.

Excuse me. I don't try to get my way by bribing people. Never mentioned the wine to Willy. And I didn't try to get him to break the queue, if there indeed was one. So spare me the snide remark. You need to treat your customers with respect, including here on the forum.

Funny but i was there the last time you had your car washed and you were like 7th in line. I was the one who received your ASX with HIDRetrofit.net decal at the rear windshield and i was also the one who drove it to the wash bay. You wore your usual cyclist/runner outfit with Livestrong wristband. Before you left, you told Willy that on your next visit you would be bringing some wine for the boys. I was even joking with Willy that the boys might not be used to drinking wine as they usually have Emperador and Red Horse.
Well, about respect, please re-read your first post. Isnt there a certain measure of disrespect in expecting my boys to work way past their lunch break? Can you please enlighten me why we shouldnt also regard your first post as "snide"?
For your information, we regularly park queued and completed cars in the common parking area of the compound so we will have enough space for drying and vacuuming. We only move them once their turn is up. Instead of assuming something malicious, you could have simply asked Willy which cars you are following in the queue.
I would also like to correct you since i have spoken to Willy. He informed me that he told you that there were still 4 cars not 9 as you mentioned. If there was a miscommunication, we apologize. Of those 4 cars, we werent even able to finish the yellow Mazda and the red Mini (for claying, asphalt removal) before our lunch break. So by asking you to come back at 1 pm isnt being unreasonable. It isnt always the number of cars ahead of you, its also the scope of work that needs to be done on those cars.Last edited by BlackMagic; March 10th, 2013 at 11:06 PM.

Let me tell you that much of what you mentioned here is irrelevant. During my last visit, I did ask Willy who I should give the wine to on my next visit. But what does that have to do with what I posted? Out of the blue, you accuse a loyal customer of trying to break the queue by offering a bribe, which I denied. When I was told that I would have to come back at 1 p.m. during my visit there this morning, I just asked how many were in line; I never offered anything. I just left.
Are you dyslexic? I just told everybody about my experience, and here you are turning the tables and accusing me now of disrespect and imagining my first post as snide. Seriously?!?
I'm a regular customer and I know that. It was one of your boys (Super Mario), not Willy, who told me there were nine in the queue. That's why I said I didn't see that many cars. And now you're adding another adjective in this kettle of fish that you've created -- malicious.
Before you start off "correcting" loyal customers, make sure you got your facts right. And make doubly sure whatever you bring up is pertinent. You "apologize" if there was miscommunication? Really? The tone of your post is not in any way apologetic. You're very condescending, to say the least.
I took offense in your allusion to a bribe. Instead of saying sorry, you mix everything up with your irrelevant narrations. You also add insult to injury by imputing malice and reverse the circumstances by making it sound like I'm the snide one.
By the way, you got the ASX right, but you totally got the owner all wrong. I just need to correct you, even if that doesn't have anything to do with the matter, because you seem to have a habit of mixing things up.
You started your post with "Funny," you asked me to "reread" my post and "enlighten" you, you started a paragraph with "For your information" and you offered to "correct" me. My advice to you: Before you open your mouth and make a total fool of yourself, keep it shut now. I don't expect you to learn respect because that takes time and requires early training (i.e., upbringing). Some reading about customer relationship might help you, but if your previous posts are any indication, I'm not that hopeful. And yes, I'm rolling my eyes now.

Am i mixing things up? Now my mind is mixed up. First you said "Never mentioned the wine to Willy." Now you say "During my last visit, I did ask Willy who I should give the wine to on my next visit."
You say i am imagining things. I just felt i had to give some details to prove i wasnt imagining hearing you mention giving the boys wine during your last visit. So i guess the details are pertinent.
You are too sensitive. What's wrong with saying "for your information". Geez take a chill pill will you. I was just giving you a heads up of how we manage our queue so as to guide you in your expected waiting time. No need to get all riled up with such a phrase.
You keep insisting i am insinuating you were bribing your way. Again for your information, we have clients who request my boys to have a late lunch in exchange for a bigger than usual tip. We have repeatedly discouraged this practice before it gets out of hand. I just wanted to commend Willy for upholding our policy even if he knows you are about to give the boys a token of appreciation. I dont see anything wrong with that. I just mentioned "breaking queue" since I knew there were still 2 unfinished cars in the wash bay during our lunch break. Giving in to the aforementioned request would have resulted in moving one unfinished car from its wash bay.
My bad, i know you are a regular customer. So i took it for granted that you already know who to ask for an updated position in our queue.
Super Mario? Fool? Really now, name calling?
Being a regular customer doesnt give you the right to call us names. It also doesnt mean you cant be corrected .
UPBRINGING? You are getting way too personal.Last edited by BlackMagic; March 11th, 2013 at 12:48 AM.

OK, I guess your mind must really be in a bad state, and that's coming from you.
Again, I never mentioned "wine" when I went there for a car wash this morning. Never asked to be accommodated. I just left. I mentioned "wine" in my first post after the fact. And no, I wasn't demanding anything. Gets? I can see that you've dished out another set of impertinent information.
If you're not a fool, you must be a douchebag1. And that's because douchebags don't have respect for people, simply because they don't have any upbringing.
Of course it's all personal. "Every bit of business. Every piece of sh*t every man has to eat every day of his life is personal." And that's The Godfather for you. Adios.

if this is how big bert's treats their customers then i'd rather bring my car some where else. there is a saying that customer is always right. and doing what you're doing in a public forum just brings your reputation down.
