depende sa amoy... what's the source, what caused the smell, how long has it been there?

My friends sometimes smoke in my car so I guess thats the cause. Its been there for around a year or so. I just wanna minimize the smell, if not completely removing it.

First order of business would be cleaning your AC system. Such odors stay inside the aircon duct, blower fins and evaporator / drier units since we often use the recirculating function of the AC rather than the "fresh" function.

Using a product like OdorX / Odor Eliminator helps.

My car (black, Civic EK) was hit by a football in the passenger door. so i what i did is i called up the insurance company & they told me that they are going to paint the car. They painted the car exept the back compartment and the roof kasi madami na din gasgas sa mga pintuan and sa hood. however, i was not satisfied with the results coz the paint is dull (di ganoon kakintab esp. the hood) i was wondering if you can do anything to bring back the shine of my car and how much would it cost me and for how long....

depends po... if the painting process itself is flawed, there's nothing permanent a detailer can do to make it glossy, problems such as pinholing, lifting, etc cannot be solved through detailing, but if it's just a lack of final prep, then it can be done, best to bring it for an upclose inspection, we'll let you know whether the car can be improved upon or whether it'll require a backjob or repaint. Please look for blackmagic (Vince).

scratches cannot be removed from glass, only throughg filling/repair can solve that problem.
