depends po... if the painting process itself is flawed, there's nothing permanent a detailer can do to make it glossy, problems such as pinholing, lifting, etc cannot be solved through detailing, but if it's just a lack of final prep, then it can be done, best to bring it for an upclose inspection, we'll let you know whether the car can be improved upon or whether it'll require a backjob or repaint.
