Best wax that takes care of your paint?

Anybody knows some things about Collinite waxes, heard that it is one of best in terms of durability, is there any of it here in our home land?

Meguiars ata pinaka magandang wax. meron pa bang ibang mapapag bilihan ng Meguiars products? masyado kasing mahal sa Blade.

based on experience lng po... dko nagustuhan ung mga wax na nagamit ko like turtle and auto-gard... pero ung armor all medyo may magandang effect kc kumintab ng konti... I prefer ung Ziebart diamond gloss... Isang apply lng gud na for at least a year...

saka yung sa carlack meron kasi ako nabili na carlackAIO (dont know kung kelangan ko siya at the moment since brandnew car ko) balak ko bumili ng carlack long life sealant...may isa pa bang product between carlack AIO and long life sealant (parang step 1,2,3)?

baka kasi yun kelangan ko instead of AIO (may cleaner kasi yung AIO kaya balak ko i-apply siya every two months tapos yung long life sealant eh every other week)

meron kasi akong reflections top coat ngaun which i used everyweek..

DY3JRM: As long as the plastic areas are not painted, PB will work just fine to remove wax and dirt, but if it's discolored already, you might need to re-dye it.

palerider: off the shelf, medyo confusing ang Soft99 dahil wala masyado english explanation... Make sure pwede mo buksan yung wax (get paste wax, they're generally better in durability than liquid), pabukas mo nalang sa mga klongklong na sales people dun... Wala masyado bumibili ng Soft99 dito, baka luma na stock (check kung nagtutubig or sobrang dry)... dapat parang butter sya...

You might wanna visit Shangrila as well, sa Hahn tools daming 3M, Eagle One, Mother's and Meguiar's... Sa katabi nyang True Value madaming Eagle One, Stoner and other brands as well.

You can wax as often as you like and this won't affect the paint.
I wax my car every 3 weeks. Naasiwa kasi ako pag madumi at dull
yung kotse.
Heto recommended wax brands ko based on experience:
Wow!!! Pero Mahal - Meguiar's
OKs but not too Expensive - Eagle One
Walang Kwenta - Simoniz, Turtle Wax

wax wise, honestly, meguiar's wax aint the best in terms of depth and gloss alone... except for gold class... #26 is a great in-between product... but a far cry to S100/P21S/Souveran, etc...

If you're getting Z, it's best to get the whole kit:

ZFX
Z2 or Z5
Z6 QD spray
Z7 Shampoo

Z6 and Z7 has been proven by Z users abroad to prolong the gloss and slickness of Z2/5... Using regular shampoos or QD tends to reduce product results...

Scrap Z1 in favor of ZFX so you don't have to wait so long in between coats...

went to Meguiar's Shaw kanina...miogi had 1 step detailing for his mitsu adventure...the best talaga Meguiar's...madudulas langaw kapag dumapo :lol:..kidding aside, mahal talaga ng Meguiar's Gold Class Php 1100+...as per Jeff(Manager), pang show car at iba talaga ang kintab...bibili ako pag nakaluwag....

how long did it take to do the job? may i ask for the exact address (directions to go there), i am coming from Shangrila Plaza. how much for the 1 step?

GC is a good show wax, but doesn't last for crap... using it for a daily driver is quite a task to maintain...

As long as you polish your paint well, almost any good product/brand will give you that "madudulas langaw" feel...
