Hmmm...

I'd build a spaceframe body (for lightness), based around two Honda Civic front-cuts.

I'd copy-paste the suspension and lower-A-arm mounting points onto the spaceframe, transfer the front suspension from one into the front, then mount the engine (preferably a B16) and front suspension of the second in the back. Fiberglass the body, or, more entertainingly, mount the body panels of one Civic on top of the spaceframe body.

It'd probably be scary as hell to drive...

If I had a small budget... Super-Carry owner-type build... with a 1/2 size Cobra body on top of it.

kung ako, di ko kukunin yung seats. pati yung mga headers, chrome engine cover and the other stuff. stock engine lang. baka pwede nga din honda b16 pa lagay mo tapos bili ako ng surplus subaru seats, nasa 6k yata. kung panget pa ang upholstery pa re-upholster ko to look like new

I saw a 550 spyder kit at at a car show years back. If its the only one here (?) then i think it was the kit brought in from the U.S. and put together by the same guy who makes the replica Lotus super seven (think had a toyota engine) and MG TC and AC Cobra (had a 327 or bigger i think).

I like both the A.C. Cobra and Daytona coupe as well as the 550 spyder( this kit has a VW aircooled i think). They both had DISTINCT looks and "personalities". As far as porsche shapes, i love the 904 and the relatively new GT1. But each one to his own.

cguro may makikita kang ganyan sa mga surplus shops at a cheaper price. kahit marumi ok lang sakin. pa upholster ko lang ulit. kahit walang mark, para it will look like OEM

ang dumi pero ok na for a 6k. 6k each ba or both? sa dumi niya parag printed lang yung sti na logo instead na stitched, nabura kasi e. tapos yung upuan na mismo ng puwet, parang tinaihan na kaya brownish ahahaha joke lang

I saw a fiber glass fabricator in Sulit that makes Cobra kit and other exotic car. Kaso sa post nya starts from 650K daw Im not sure kung tama nga iyon or just a typo error.

From what I heard, the price is correct. Don't expect replica cars to be cheap.
