Is the crack on the top plastic cover of radiator? If so, go to a Denso shop. They can replace just the top portion and check the rest of the radiator.

Denso shops in Banawe and across Meralco bldg, inside auto camp.

AFAIK, aluminum ang radiator ng ganyan and can't be repaired...

you can try buying a OEM radiator but it'll be pricey (around 8K). you can also try scouting for a surplus radiator (around 2K).

Evercool makes replacement radiators for most popular vehicles.

DENSO has radiator repair facilities also.

had mine converted to "tanso" yun lang upper part, sabi nila mas ok daw yun kasi "tanso" as kalampag said can be repaired and mas matibay daw yun.

nagtanong ako sa Denso pwede daw maayos yun basta made by denso yung OEM radiator na kinabit ng manufacturer. around 1.8k yung plastic top and 500 for labor and gasket.

Problem with my Gen1 CR-V di gawa ng denso yung radiator meron silang replacement top for Gen2 CR-V lang and Civics ( di ko sure kung ano year model)

Might as well replace my radiator na lang with everkool. makabisita nga sa masangkay sa binondo. I saw a shop there selling everkool radiators malapit sa warren automotive.

the auto aircon shop I go to repairs, by welding, aluminum evaporators. These are kind of like radiators. I guess you can try your local backyard auto aircon shop if they can repair your radiator.

fair warning though, I haven't used repaired radiators so I have no personal experience if this type of repair will last. My aircon though is working fine, repaired evaporator and all. welding aluminum is lot tougher than welding copper or steel and few welders are skilled in this trade.
