Mahal yung 2 to 3 thou na cleaning.

^depends if it includes parts like expansion valve and drier.

Ideally, its better to replace both parts when the evaporator has been pulled down. the drier acts as a filter for the a/c system. it makes no sense to reuse once it has ended its service life. however the expansion valve can be reused but service life won't be the same as a bnew one.

i always have the drier and expansion valve replaced each cleaning. kahit sabihin sakin ng mechanic na pwede pa i still insist in replacing it para sigurado na

    Sir,

In 2-3 years na annual cleaning niyo mukhang makakabili na kayo ng brandnew na evaporator.
