overheat: one sunday afternoon

Bros. what could be the problem kasi last sunday afternoon at around 2 pm nakaset sa 2 yung a/c then medyo hataw bigla tumaas temp ko til 3/4. Sobrang init nung time na yun and 2 pasengers ko. First time ko nag overheat that time pero now wala naman overheat. What could be the culprit?could it be mahina na aux fan? TIA

if your fans are OK, most likely cause is nagbabawas ka na ng coolant.

check your radiator cap and hoses.

Thanks for the reply sir pero di nababawasan ang coolant ko. pati sa resevoir full pa rin di nababawasan.

pa check mo rin radiator mo baka kailangan ng i-overhaul kc barado kaya di maganda circulation ng tubig

Most likely barado nga. Tumataas on hataw pero bumababa on idle? Ganun symptoms sa akin. Had the rad overhauled. Less than 10 of the small pipes were still clear. The rest sarado na. After cleaning di na tumataas uli.

Mga Ser ganun nga tumaas nung hinataw ko pro bumalik naman nung naghinay ako. Ang pinagtataka ko kasi bakit nung araw na yun lang tumaas temp kasi now po wala na overheat kahit hataw pa. 1 year ago na overhaul na yung radiator ko po. Thanks sa mga replies.
