*thugs232, why are you resurrecting threads about Evercool?
Dude really bad form. Its bad enough that Evercool employs shoddy science in its marketing its worse they have SEO companies like you hired to troll around. Ethics is something money can't buy.
so anong brand ang recommended mo. mukhang evercool hater ka ha. lahat ng thread ng about evercool me post ka.
Ginnova, having a post in a thread that has Evercool posted doesn't mean I hate Evercool.
If you actually read through some of them, I've mentioned that they are the better option and my musings have been technical in nature.
My problem lies in the way they market and skew facts. Don't polarize this matter if you can't be bothered reading and keeping things in context. This guy was seemingly hired to pose as a content generator for an evidently SEO-oriented attempt to artificially prop up said radiators.
He is poisoning your search efforts with content geared to provide information that benefits him.
How a company engages in marketing is reflective of its character.
then recommend a brand that you have tested and proven for the benefit our other tsikoteers. for me , di pa ako nakapagpalit ng radiator even on my old rides.
Here's the situation with the local market.
Evercool and its lower end stablemate Polar are the stalwarts of the industry by default because the rest of the manufacturers have died out. The market is always looking for cheaper, and hence there is very little incentive to invest in new tech.
The options available locally are your corner recore overhaul surplus rads, or the generic branded imports. Given these options, it would be better for most people to source a radiator that is covered by a local manufacturer for the sake of availability and warranty.
Though traders/resellers are providing up to 1 year warranty for their import rads while the local one is only at 6 months. This is the level of confidence imbued on the product.
If you want a recommended brand there are brands that are aren't available locally. As I've always said, a properly configured and well built radiator will work reliably. How well a manufacturer's track record of quality is dependent on its rate of failure. Unfortunately the stories of failure here are anecdotal so far and statistically difficult to trace.
Now if you would be so kind to get back into context, you have a newly registered user with 3 posts all praising said brand without any measure of solicitation obviously to drum up business.
ive bought evercool before ok naman mazda 626 and honda civic. pero i recently i had my outlanders's radiator replaced with a koyo radiator. stock look engine bay. wala shiny black or tanso radiator.
I'm a satisfied evercool radiator user for more than 5 years walang sira walang overheat walang kalawang.evercool radiator with distilled water & prestone coolant.matibay ang evercool radiator kaya yan ang gamit ng auto/truck manufacturer sa philippines. LOL * copying and pasting their marketing material to highlight your experience. Do you work for them or Senator Sotto? :P
A properly built radiator will work well irrespective of its brand. Simple as that. Koyo is a good brand.
It is difficult to gauge manufacturers' reliability as most of these figures are kept secret.
But the rule of thumb in any manufacturing industry, is that if you have your design and process issues locked down, you can offer a warranty that is ridiculously long.
If you don't have your process or design right, you offer a shorter warranty. That's because you've more or less calculated the mean time between failure of your systems to be out of your warranty range.
Otherwise, radiators are one of those things any manufacturer should be confident in offering at least 1 year limited warranty against defects (process or design).
first of all, before saying that im working/connected with evercool company do check my profile. Im a OFW working in Kuwait & im not connected with evercool company.Use your common sense,If you are educated enough instead of spreading rumours/ bad things about evercool radiator its better for you to file a case against evercool radiator company if you feel & see that their product is defective. You can also complain to any DTI office. for me im satisfied with their product

Hey I just asked a question. I just find testimonials that copy and paste a company's marketing material to be odd. :P
If you've read and comprehend the issues raised, they are a) a reaction to the dodgy science they propagate, b) in fact advised people to buy their radiator when the choice is between that and re-cored surplus units, and c) show my disdain for the thugs232's obvious intent to spam.
All of which have more to do with quality of manufactured goods and technical merits.
Why do some dealers/traders for aftermarket radiators sell them with a 1 year warranty when a local manufacturer can't? This of course will be validated across the quality of any manufactured item. This is commonsense, regardless of your level of education.
I'm sure you're more gifted than this.
thugs232, if he had more altruistic intentions he would be extending service instead of spreading commercially inspired "rumors" as his first 3 posts.
I recently replaced the original Evercool radiator due to a pinhole leak on the top portion of the unit. I was inclined to have it repaired but had second thoughts as metal fatigue must have set in which could result again to more leaks in the future. After 13 years + and 175K km. on the odometer, I believe that the radiator had served me well. Naturally, I installed (DIY) the same brand and model. I purchased it from Levin Automotive Parts along Banawe street.
Was in the market for a new radiator. Evercool came to mind. But with the SRP of the Evercool at twice the price of the other brand, I ended up buying a Threestar Co, Ltd replacement radiator that is made in Korea. Sure the Evercool rep can bash Threestar all day long in this forum but my wallet has spoken.
I'm going to put it in a Korean van anyways. hehe.
