Blow air through your condenser and radiator to dislodge any dust/debris that have accumulated.
I would be cautious about getting your radiator/condenser wet as you may end up clogging it with dirt when water mixes with dust and dries.

the BEST WAY is to add ang additional condenser.....

Mas efficient kasi ang heat transfer pag binasa ng tubig and others argue na mas efficient ang mist kesa stream of water dahil madaling mag evaporate ang small amount of water at during evaporation nattransfer yung heat. Yung sakin po dalawang condenser, yung isa don dalawa ang fan. 5-6°C ang temp sa rear aircon, pag binasa ng tubig ung condenser 0 to -1°C
