The condenser fan doesnt switch on until the engine is fully warmed up. Some engines dont warm up until 3-5 minutes. Baka nag palit eh hindi naman pala yun condenser fan.

You are describing the radiator fan, that doesn't switch on until fully warm up. Fully Warm up or not, the engine, once you decided to turn on your A/C, normally both fans must come on.
