The truth must be heard
I learned of Mang Mario thru this site
I recently got my aircon fix by them last week
Here's what they did to my ride:
- Pull down evaporator and compressor for leak test.
- replace bearing pulley of compressor, yung bearing na ipinalit andun lang sa garahe nila nakakalat kinuha nung tao nya di naman bago.
- freon charge
After less than 4 hours of waiting to my surprise I was charge a whopping 2,500 for something I dont think may cause that much.
Given the fact na:
- Ala silang business permit
- BIR issue, ala silang official receipt na binibigay sa mga customer
- Nakahambalang sasakayan nila pati customer sa kalya halos kalahati nasakop na nila which is prohibited by Law.
Anyway to continue:
After 3 days or so my aircon broke down to my surprise, Immediately brought it to Mang Mario and waited for long hours before they tend to my car.
They told me the Magnetic Coil broke down and need to be replaced.
Mang Mario's wife quoted: Brand New plus Labor I have to pay 1,500
I agree and they remove the magnetic coil and give it to a tricycle driver to bring it. Me thingking na pabibili ng bago and kailangan lang ng parisan. Pag balik ng tricycle driver dinala sa loob ng bahay nila mang mario naka takip sa newspaper yung item which got me puzzled. Bago pero ala man lang box or package. Pag labas nung gagawa sabi nya Sir eto yung bago then kinabit nya na.
While it is being fixed. Masama na loob ko, kasi nakalagay sa papel na quotation eh Brand New ang ipapalit but to my dismay eh kaya pala dala nung tricycle driver yung luma ko eh dahil ipapa- rewind lang pala nila.
I tried to get the magnetic coil they took from my car sabi ng tao ni mang mario " Talagang sinu-surrender daw nila yung lumang piyesa" Di na ko nakipagtalo.Tanga lang ang maniniwala sa alibi nila.
In short siningil ako sa presyong bago nang piyesa ang mabibile pero ang ginawa nila eh pina rewind lang yung luma kong piyesa. So malinaw po na PANGLOLOKO po ng Customer ang ginawa nila lalo na nung wife ni Mang Mario. I hope di na mangyari ito sa iba.

I never had that experience with Mang Mario. Yung mga piyesang sira ng aircon ko ibinigay naman lahat sa akin. Sana nga wag mangyari sa iba yung nangyari sayo. If I were you, dapat pinaglaban mo na bago ilagay kasi yun naman ang usapan nyo. By the way, yung pangalawang beses na nasira aircon mo, bakit ka pa doon sa kanila bumalik? The way I understand it, di ka satisfied sa unang repair nila.

September 15th, 2012 04:58 AM #3The reason why i returned the second time because I wanted to gave them a second chance. Because di nga me makapaniwala sa na experience ko sa kanila the first time in which minahalan na ko sa presyo tapos ala pang one week sira agad ang gawa nila. And the second time i came may mga bisita sila at may mga bata. So to prevent any confrontation nag sa walang kibo nalang ako saying to myself na hinding hindi na ko babalik dun. Isa pa eh hindi naman ako taga dun at ala me kilala baka mamaya pagtulungan ako ng mga tao niya.

September 15th, 2012 05:30 AM #4Isipin nyo na lang po infront of some of their visitor eh questionin ko trabaho/ ginawa nila sa auto ko na di ayon sa napag kasunduan, eh di napaya sila at siguradong mauuwi sa pagtatalo. Ayoko hanggat maari nangpapaya ng tao dahil ayoko ring mangyari sakin. Besides medyo pissed off na ko that time so control ko na lang sarili ko, binigay yung bayad pati tip dun sa gumawa sabay alis. Bottomline is "nangloloko" sila ng customer lalo na pag hindi nila kilala at bagong gawi dun sa kanila. So ang akin lang sana di na maransan nung iba tao yung ginawa nila sa akin. Maging aware yung mga taong nakakabasa nito

September 15th, 2012 06:13 AM #6Salamat kaibigan, Although alam kong may karapatan ako bilang customer, Dapat alam din natin kung saan tayo lulugar depende sa sitwasyon, Yung time na yon kasi dehado ako kung mauwi sa di maganda dahil di naman ako taga ron at mag isa lang akong nagpunta doon.

siguro tsikoteers na suki ni mang mario should suggest to him na gumawa siya ng sort of hotline for appointments/for schedule repairs (not unless meron na?!) para siguradong maaasikaso ka pagpunta mo run... win win situation for mang mario and the customer- less waiting time, mastutok ang trabaho and hindi aapurahin.
marami gaya ni mang mario/jemson/backyard mechanics and the like ang nakikilala dahil sa forums gaya nito... tulungan na lang ng mga tsikoteers na mapabuti ang kanilang serbisyo not unless pasaway talaga at dapat bigyan ng negative feedback.

mabait pa nga si Ts eh, pag ako hinde ako magbabayad doon sa second time since it's supposed to be a back job. may bagong sira? dapat nakita na nila since they pulled down the compressor the first time.
