Im going back there later kasi yun compressor na pinalit before maingay na ngayon. Could be the bearing sabi ng friend ko kaya papatignan ko. Ok naman yun lamig pero annoying lang yun ingay. Under warranty naman yun compressor e hopefully maayos o mapalitan.

Mukhang angdami nang negative feedback kay mang mario dito naglabasan na, dapat yata ilagay na ito sa mga palpak na shop, in fairness sa ibang shop na nakalagay doon since marami nang negative feedback sa airconshop na ito. para naman pag nabasa ni mang mario na kasama na siya sa palpak na shop magiisip isip sila at gagawa sila ng paraan na tumaas ang quality ng kanilang trabaho.

Di ko naman maintindihan kung bakit di maayos ayos yun mga ibang kotse na dinala dun when yun iba walang problema naman. Ano ba mga kotse nyo? Baka naman di nila na gustuhan yun tono ng boses nyo o the way you asked. Anyway, sana nga maayos na yun mga may back job dyan.

naku! as I read this thread. looks like yung mga tauhan ni Mang Mario ang may problema. Siguro dapat bigyan ng seminar/training yung mga yun on customer service.
balak ko pa namang patingnan yung compressor ko, sobrang ingay! may "hizzing" sound. lalo na pag maaraw, sana bearings lang. pero baka di ko na lang muna dalhin sa kanila. 1st reason is sobrang layo and 2nd baka abutin ako ng maghapon doon dahil sa mga nakapilang back-jobs. hmmmm

yung mga mekaniko etc. entry-level blue collar job yan. don't expect them to have any idea of customer service.
if you want fantastic customer service, you'll have to pay for it.

During the '24 hour' Tsikot downtime, I went to Mang Mario.
The Sentra's blower 1, 2, and 3 settings were not working. Only number 4 was. Turns out to be a resistor block problem. The original resistor block was not working anymore (expensive part) and someone had taken it to one of those shops on Caloocan for a repair. The original resistor was replaced with a universal one (I have no problem with this) but was improperly installed (no air flow over resistor).
Norman revised the set up under the dash. 'Pang-yosi' was the fee. Blower works again.

Eto lang mga ka tsikot, kung ang pinakamamahal nyong kotse ang pagagawa nyo ke mang mario, better think twice. Matindi doon, walang quality at malasakit ang gawa. Aanhin mo ang mura kung balahura ang pagkakagawa. I dont mind paying more basta makikita mong maayos ginawa. Iniwan ko car don 8am kse me pasok pako, 2pm na wala pa verdict kung ano problema, at 3 pm tapos na daw, nakakagulat diba. ambilis. So I went there immediately. general cleaning daw at o-ring sa compressor. The lady charged me 1200. Fine, malamig na. After 24 hours, nawala andar compressor. I went there at tinapik lang ang evaporator umandar na ang compressor. Sabi sakin me problema ang wiring. Sabi ko bakit di pa gawin, di daw nila linya at patingin ko nalang sa electrician. Thats bullshit kse electrical ng ac di daw nila alam. Punta ako banawe ke toto auto ac and electrical. Verdict, loose lang ang thermostat. konting hinang tapos. 180 pesos. So ok na lahat. Masama na loob ko kse simple lang naman ang problem di pa ginawa kala mang mario. Ginamit ko yung auto out of town, ayun after 1 hour of using it bigla humina buga ng blower. NAGYEYELO ANG EVAPORATOR. madumi. Anak ng tinola nilinisan daw ke mang mario, thats what I paid for 1200 pesos.
So sa totoo lang hindi pala nilinisan don. Malamang tinapik lang yung evaporator para mag engange yung compressor at presto, kunyari nilinis at nagpalit o-ring for 1200 pesos. Binalak kong ibalik don noon para ireklamo pero hindi nalang. Sayang lang ang effort at stress. Pagawa nalang ako sa iba at wag ng pupunta don.
Sa mura wala na sigurong tatalo ke mang mario, yun lang malaki ang chance na pabalik balik ka dun for backjob at kung kukwentahin mo e mas malaki pa ang nagagastos mo kesa pumunta ka sa mas mahal na shop. At kung mamalasin ka tulad ko na nag-iiwan ng auto, malamang sa hindi niloko ka na.
