if none, or if you can not, then i suppose it is time to replace the motor or (ugh!) the frame/assembly. most motors can be removed from the frame and replaced.
aux fan servicing is a straightforward thing. the most difficult part is usually the money.
if your replacement part is hideously expensive (8K for some), you might try the generic ones selling for less than 900 bucks for the entire assembly. see if it will fit yours, with a little tweaking.
