3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for decades. I have a car which has had 3M CS for almost 20 years now plus parked in the sun for the past 4 (newer cars get preferential treatment) and the only window that has any unevenness is the back (probably not helped by the defogger lines).
TSER is comprised of 3 parts: UV, IR, and VLT. (Surprise, visible light IS solar energy)
A tint with 99% TSER will also be so dark you can hardly see through it.
In practice, you want something around about 60% TSER with 90-99% UV and IR rejection. If you can find one that still has high VLT, then that's a very good tint (and will probably be expensive). The likes of VKool or Huper Optik. For this class I'll recommend Huper Optik. Basically as cool and clear as VKool but non-metallic so your RFIDs still work.
I want to try X-Films, but since I have no experience with the brand aside from other comments here I can't really recommend it.
