What's the best car tint brand and color?

theveed, IMm29, thanks! what's the right combination? super dark on the sides then light on the windshield and medium on the rear?

right now naka dark smoke ako sa windows and rear, light smoke sa windshield..

yung maxima dati naka all sunguard.. ok yung shade eh, i don't remember what, pero parang super light metallic tan (parang yung background ng forum na to) ang shade nya pag day time (almost wala), tapos nagdadarken konti pag naarawan. Good reflectivity.

Check mo rin Llumar, yung tint ni Kidd636 parang Vcool clear, not as "clear" pero looks really clean at medyo silvery pag naarawan.

it would depend on a few factors, IMO.

ako, since i want more heat rejection and don't want to be seen inside, i've got super dark on all windows except the front windshield, which has dark smoke. since kita pa din, dinagdagan ko ng dark smoke yung lahat ng windows except for the front windshield. :mrgreen:

kung ok naman yung eyesight mo, at d naman masyadong madidilim yung mga pinupuntahan mo, i'd suggest super dark on all windows and dark smoke on the front windshield.

same as Imm here... ako ayoko talaga tint, ang dumi/luma tignan ang oto.. pero mas safe ang feeling kung meron, lalo na kung gamit ni misis yung oto...

yung nakakabit sakin superdark sa lahat pwera sa windshield, dark lang....

para mas malinaw, 3M magic dark lahat, tapos magic neutral sa windshield, ok din :mrgreen:

Im just wondering kung maganda talaga mirareed bakit ayaw i supply ng mga shops? its so hard to find mirareed.

it's the 'safety' factor that's important, IMO. god forbid, but if anyone's planning to try anything funny, they'd think twice if they weren't sure who was driving and how many people are with him.

pero minsan kasi, mas tinatarget nila ang mga auto na may dark tint kasi pag nasa loob na mga loko loko and armed sila, mahirap makita ng mga other people and motorists you come across. sana walang mangyaring ganito sa atin!!! peace! 8)

ako im using solargard.very satisfied with it.super dark magic on the sides and dark magic in front.ok naman visibility pero it would be better if u place medium dark in front if malabo mata.heat rejection is superb!better than sungard or 3m,imho.plus lifetime warranty against fading,cracking,peeling,etc. sulit sya for me!

hmmmm... so ok naman ba ang mirareed? kasi nag pa estimate ako sa isang shop kasama buong windshield eh 2.6k kung mirareed tapos 2k naman kung sunguard. which is better? walang 3m dun pero yun ang shop na malapit and i guess reasonable na ang price nila.

so between the 2, ano mas ok ang UV and heat protection? wala akong tint ngayon at naluluto ang anak ko sa oto pag tanghaling tapat (5 mos. old pa lang so kawawa naman). oh yeah, and summer is fast approaching....

i think both have superb UV reduction ratings eh... dont have the stats to show it nga lang. go with what suits you nalang. mirareed might not have the shades that sunguard has and vice versa.

ano bang shade yung parang wala kang tint? yung tipong pag tinignan ng malapit yung oto eh may parang greyish hue lang pero sa malayo clear na clear tignan tapos di pa rin nakakapaso yung araw sa balat.

hehehe.. actually estimate ng vcool saken 14k (nevermind!). well i'm contemplating on mirareed's dark smoke. gusto ko kasi medyo black/grey pa rin yung hue, yoko ng bluish or purplish.

update ko kayo pag nagpakabit nako kahit mas gusto ko pa rin ang walang tint.

san ka nagpa qoute ng sunguard? nagpaqoute kasi ako just a few days sa isang shop 3,900 ang boung windshield. ang layo ng difference. ang alam ko mura din lang dapat yung sunguard eh.
