may kilala po ako naka super black na 3m..hirap daw sya sa gabi... eto po marerecommend ko based on what ive read sa mga threads.. solargard... mas ok daw ang visibility ng driver ng nakasolargard compared dun sa naka3m(he shifted from 3m to solargard and was very satisfied)..

tomorow ako papakabit ng medium black sa sides then neutral black sa windshield... eto same din kinabit nya http://tsikot.yehey.com/forums/showt...=41345&page=19

check mo yung next page nyan... tungkol dun sa kung kita ka sa loob...

may nabasa din ako ung solargard medium is like the super black ng 3m...

Good day sirs! Newbie po ako d2 and i must say na madami po talaga ako natutunan sa pagbasa po ng mga post ng mga members ng tsikot.

I recently bought a Toyota Liteace 91 model and i'm planning to have it tinted since the tint that come with my purchase was the original tint, so kulay talong na po talaga sya with so may scratches.

Upon canvassing, i found out that sun-x in auto centro in cubao offers sungard tint for only P4,500 with 10 years warranty from scratch, bubbles and fading. P4,500 for a wrap around tint of my van! Thats bang for the bucks, I guess.

Any experience sirs with the said brand? or with sun-x's 10 year warranty?

they quoted me 4.8k all around na tint, one piece ung windshield at rear, solar gard quantun ung front then solar gard medium the rest. my ride is a pajero 3 door.

but I had them tint the front and side doors only for 2.5k.

so far all is well sa tint ko and 5 years and warranty.

GOTCH* just went to autocamp DriveBuy yung tintshop 3.5k inabot for the wraparound 1pc for the windshield and rear for my Hyundai I10.

What the tint installer recommended since I want the tint na hindi na ako kita with good visibility sa front windshield is Solargard XG 5 - 5% visibility sa sides and back and quantum medium neutral sa front even at night good visibility siya and hindi kayo kita even with the medium neutral in front.

and yes surprisingly night visibilty is good on those solargard tints even though they seem dark on the outside.

give it a couple of days it should vanish, but kung after 3 days meron pa rin, you should bring it back to them, aayusin nila yun.

i had my car tinted at LAcars last friday... up to now may bubbles pa rin sya, 4 days na... tomorrow ibabalik ko sya para macheck... meron ding scratch ung glass ko (most probably nangyari un habang sinusukat ng tinter ung glass ko using a cutter)..

sabi nio po aayusin nila ung bubbles? how?

bro, in my case I made sure to that they would REPLACE/REINSTALL a new tint in case bubbles form up. and they gladly agreed to do so
and if ever the color fades.

solargard has a 5 year warranty. as I said madali kausap yung shop na yun sa autocamp.

i had my tint checked today and the scratch on the glass as well... ok naman kausap yung owner ng LAcars... sinagot yung pagawa ng glass ko (1500 estimate sa zeibart) actually diko pa npapagawa kasi ngclose na yung shop, pero binigyan na ko ng 1500 ng LAcars... tas pinakita ko rin ung scratches sa tint ko from the inside, they'll change it daw after the glass is repaired...

yep.. binigyan na nga ako ng 1500 para ipaayos sa ziebart... parang ayoko na ipaayos at kickback na lang..hahaha!

ndi ko alam ung mga variants nung solargard... xg series ata ung akin.. pero personally, id go for the superblack! ganda tignan eh... hirap nga lang sa gabi..

Got my new Civic 2 weeks ago and had Solargard tints installed at the shop along Santolan Road in San Juan. I did not want super dark tints and they recommended the Quantum Magic Medium Black for the sides and back plus the Magic Neutral Light in front. Looks ok so far. Cost me 5,600 for everything.

They installed it in about an hour. Walang tao kasi and 8 people installed the tints. Maganda may enclosed room sila for the installation. May mga bubbles akong nakikita, sabi nila bring it back after 4 weeks and they will replace kung meron pa.

nagpalagay ako dati ng platinum magic tint sa windshield kaso pag mali ginamit mo pamunas masisira lang kasi nung ako noon umuulan at di pwede A/c ko, pinampunas ko sweatshirt ko na old navy para sa moist, ayun nagsidikitan ang mga malilit na materials ng sweatshirt ko, ayaw matanggal kahit ano gawin mo so ang nangyari ay pinabaklas ko na lang ang tint, sayang lang, 1k pa naman yun.

Auto Centro is located across Ali Mall Cubao. Beside the bus terminals there. Maraming shops rin sa Auto Centro. I prefer it there kasi it's like banawe, without the onlookers/looters. I feel safer there.

Hi, newbie here, I just like to know your experiences with Sun X in Cubao. Kamusta naman ung 3M tints ng Sun X sa oto nyo after a year or so? Balak ko kasi magpatint dun, pero gusto ko lang malaman ung outcome ng mga nagpagawa dun...thanks!

Got my new Mazda3 last May 8. Di ko kinuha yung freebie na tint ng Casa. Yung last freebie tint sa Civic ko madali natuklap sa glass. Kaya nagpakabit din ako dun sa sa Santolan Rd. in San Juan two days ago. Solar Gard Quantum 19 Magic Medium Black wrap around. May 58% total solar heat rejection. Di masyado madilim sa night driving and meron na rin konti privacy kaya ok. Satisfied ako so far.

Mga 1 hr lang, 3 tao nila nagkabit kasi ako lang customer that time. Ipapa re-tint ko civic ko dun din pero baka yung Quantum 14 pakabit ko. Mas darker than the Quantum 19 and higher ang heat rejection.
