just had charcoal 13 installed from Solargard Santolan. cost me 4.6k for a wrap around tint, car was a chevy spark 2011. used to have medium black on my windshield and super black for the sides, so far i'm not feeling the difference, sun hasn't really shown itself today.

I found the info here very useful in deciding what type of tint to install...
here my contribution: ws= titanium 16 (medium black) all windows titanium 6 ( super black)
barely ka makita sa loob during daytime, may maaninag ka na shadows pero face wala talaga...Kapag wala direct light black na black talaga looking thru the ws or sides. mag update ako later kapag mataas ang araw dahil late afternoon na natapos pagtint sa car ko. Night driving visibility very good. for me halos parang wala tint ang dating. No problem din sa side mirror.

Question lang.. Im contemplating on putting new tints na rin for my car.. medyo napupusuan ko yung sterling 70.. Hindi kasi kaya ng budget yung lx70.. im not a fan of dark tints. Gusto ko kita pa din sa loob. Actually ok lang naman ang dark, kaso baka kasi mahirapan ako mag drive sa gabi. Yung tint ko kasi from casa pa since 1993, kaya halos malinaw na siya and kita na loob. And isa pang iniisip ko baka masira yung defogger kaya balak ko huwag na ipagalaw yung likod. Or meron ba kayo alam na magaling magtanggal ng tint na hindi masisira defogger lines? and malaki kaya bawas kapag front and sides lang papalagyan ko? Or baka baduy kalabasan kapag hindi ko sinama yung likod.. Haha..

Or meron ba kayo alam na magaling magtanggal ng tint na hindi masisira defogger lines? and malaki kaya bawas kapag front and sides lang papalagyan ko?

Sa Santolan Branch ko pinatanggal kaso hindi na-save yung defogger. Dapat kasi noon pa ako nagpalit noong kaka- out of warranty palang ng tint. napabayaan at nagfade,lumobo at kumapit ng husto yung tint sa defogger.

Kung matyaga ka subukan mong ikaw nalang magtanggal ng tint sa defogger.

Ok try ko din ako magtanggal. Thanks. And another question, hinahanap ko yung sterling series nila sa automotive films ng solargard pero kasama yata siya sa commercial line up. So meaning pang architectural use siya. May pinagkaiba ba ang automotive film sa architectural film or pwede sila gamitin vice versa?

Nope it's not, para siyang may pagka-silver. Just 2 weeks ago nagpatint ako sa Solargard Santolan. Total cost is 5.8k sa Pajero Gen 2. Pinalagay ko is HP Charcoal 6 sa back and sides at HP Charcoal 22 sa windshield. I'll try to take a pic later at reflective talaga ang HP Charcoal 6.

^^Thanks Bro. Yan din ang balak ko for the Prado. Or Supreme 4 para black out talaga. Tho balita ko mas malamig ang Charcoal.

Teka, sino nga ba ang nakapagkabit ng Graphite? How's the performance under the sun? Just wondering if the P2.2K difference between Graphite and Supreme/Smoke is worth it in terms of performance.

Maporma lang talaga ang Supreme 4 compare sa Charcoal 6 pero pag dating sa gabi sobrang hirap mag drive, nakakatakot. Hindi ko na nga ginagamit yung innova baka makadisgrasya pa ako.

Nope. Maliwanag pa rin kahit sa gabi. Siguro ang parang naging mali ko lang eh dapat nag charcoal 16 nalang ako sa harap

what's wrong with charcoal 22? next time na magpapalit me ng windshield tint yan balak ko. HP supreme 16 kasi nakalagay ngayon. Kapag nasa province may mga lugar na walang ilaw yung poste/daan, hirap tuloy night driving visibilty.

Parang medyo maliwanag pa kasi. Napansin ko kasi sa Charcoal 6, maliwanag siya at very tolerable sa akin compared sa dating tint ko na 3M super black. So I thought na uubra sa akin sa windshield yun 16. Pero ok lang at least eh hindi naman ganun kadilim o kaliwanag.
