    mga peeps,

    di ko alam kung natanong na to b4.

    paano po ba magtanggal ng stickers sa salamin(ex. yung conduction sticker) without leaving a mark and scratching the glass?

    what i did was I gt a hair driyer then I pointed it towards the sticker from the insde. The windshield gt hot, then I started to peel the sticker. After that everythign was easy na

    tatanong ko din sana to'.. pwede bang tanggalin yung conduction stickers? (both sa front and back) -- and may professional ba na pwedeng magtanggal nito? takot kasi ako baka may magawa akong hindi maganda.. and another question, yung mga registration stickers sa windshield, pwede bang tanggalin yung mga old ones tapos yung 1 latest lang yung iiwan?

    I think the conduction sticker is valid for only a certain period of time, hence pwede na itong tanggalin specially if you have the LTO plates na. Same goes w/ the LTO stickers, once you have the latest one, you can remove the old one na.

    ginagawa namin sa car (on the conduction sticker) buhos ng warm water while peeling (fingernails lang gamit, no tools). medyo matrabaho, but it gets the job done. konting pasensya habang ginagawa.

    sa registration sticker, may butas yung tint namin of the same size para hindi masira :D towel soaked in warm water, punasan mo yung sticker while peeling.

    may alam ba kayo na professional shops na pwedeng magtanggal ng stickers? takot kasi ako baka magasgas ko.. preferrably in or near makati

    ako lang ang nagtanggal ng conduction sticker ko, pinainitan ko lang ng hair drier at voila you can actually peel it off. Although gumamit din ako ng blade to carefully peel off yung part na ayaw matanggal dahil sobrang dikit.

    Punta kayo sa Banawe, hanapin nyo yung mga tint boys dun. If they can remove tint, they can remove stickers. :D

    Pano tanggalin ang residue ng stickers..kasi tinanggal ko ung conduction sticker ko may residue na naiwan sa windshield....:roll:

    u can try any hardware store in the leading malls like ace or tru valu n get dis sticker remover called "UNDU". its a small bottle w/ a wedge plastic at d top dat is designed to hold a few drops of the liquid.using d wet plastic blade, u can scrape d sticker off quite easily. :D

    Hindi ba may 3M brand na adhesive remover na
    nabibili sa HandyMan at Ace Hardware. Havent
    tried it though...
    Sa ibang detailing forums naman, they recommend
    spraying it with WD40. Havent tried that either...
    Sa akin, simple blade lang plus lots of patience
    peeling it off bit by bit...

    i did use yung WD40 sa pagtanggal ng Lto stickers effective sa. ang ginamit ko sa pagtanggal ng Lto sticker, WD40 saka i.d. card na laminated para nde ma-scratch yung windshield.
    yung conduction sticker dati ang hirap tanggalin, e yung ngayon ang dali nalang i didnt even use any hot water to peel it off.

    yung windshield ko may tint, before ko ilagay yung new Lto sticker, medyo pinunas punas ko muna para nde masayadong makapit, para nxt yr madali lang tanggalin. kasi im worried baka matanggal din yung tint pag tatangalin ko yung Lto sticker.

    Mga peeps! Share ko lang! One of the best and safe tool to use in removing stickers sa glass ay ang isang munting blade. alam nyo yung blade na nabibili na maninipis, ginagamit pang ahit. yun ang ginamit ko pang tanggal ng mga sticker kotse ko! medyo hinay hinay nga lang at kailangan ng onting patience and steadiness. o kahit wala na! clean windows with alcohol for residue. this is the barok style of removing stikers! :lol:

    tama!! ganyan din ginagawa ko... swabe sya... hindi magagasgasan yung salamin nyo... ingat nga lang at baka masugatan kayo...

    may tip ako, di niyo na kailangan i blower, naka park ako sa labas bahay, as in mula umaga hanggang mga noon, pag mainit yung salamin, pati mga sticker lumalambot, kuko lang tapos tanggalin lang unti unti. ni wala ngang residue nung sticker. try niyo.

    Bili ka lang ng GooGone, hehehe. Spray lang and gamit ka nung maliit na blade (kung sa glass). Di lang ako sure kung anong blade yun. Tanong ka na lang sa mga nagi-install ng tint dahil pihadong meron sila nun. Yun yung ginagamit nilang panlinis ng salamin bago i-install yung tint para siguradong wala kahit isang alikabok na matitira. Kung nasa body, pwede na kuko 8)
