The best is light tint sa front windshield. The rest ikaw na bahala kung ano gusto mo. If naka-HID headlights ka, pwede na rin medium tint sa front windshield.

    At night time,

HID + Light tint (35% VLT) = Halogen + Clear tint (70% VLT)
HID + Medium tint (20% VLT) = Halogen + Light tint (35% VLT)
    HID + Medium tint (20%) < Halogen + Clear tint (70% VLT)

Same experience with VK70 and OEM20 pag babad talaga sa araw. Your car's AC also plays a big role in how quickly you dispel heat from the cabin.

IMHO, 10 minute drive is too short para masabing hindi effective ang tint whatever the brand is.

Similar sa bahay, in 10 minutes ba malamig na ang room after mo ON ang AC?

Pag bilad sa araw, turn on AC and roll down the windows muna. Nakalagay rin yan sa owner's manual..

Park the vehicle in the shade. Parking in the hot sun will make the vehicle inside extremely hot, and it will require more time to cool the interior. If it is necessary to park in the sun, open the windows for the first few minutes of air conditioning operation to expel the hot air.

Good image ka pa sa nga nakakakita sa yo. Dahil "lagi" ka wala kasama dahil wala nakaupo sa passenger seat.
This is what we also do. It looks ok.

If the car has been baked under the sun, open all doors / windows for 2-3 minutes to let the heat out, it will cool faster.

I had my tints replaced two weeks ago with v-kool and went with K12 + OEM 05 combo. Don't have a visibility problem with OEM 05 at night. I am from the province so yeah I drive on a poorly lit road at night.

Yes that's the correct way to do it.

    here at tint autohub
still cany decide between 05 and k14 for wrap around xD
i remember seeing a subbie xv na all reflective siya it looks high quality sakin but dont know if it`s vkool

    update:

    here`s my case

    yung rear up to back
walang tint and natural medyo dark ang glass niya so parang hindi po ata pwede ang k14 dahil magrereflect pabalik sa loob daw imbis na palabas
only passenger and ws ang walang tint

k14 all windows, ws and rear

mas malinaw pa ng onti ang nakikita ko compared sa camera shot

very satisfied sa viewing from inside to outside and vice versa

the WS and front passenger windows have a tint

back and rear by default po don't have tint but the glass has dark shade naturally and can easily be seen from outside

I wish it could've been the same with the front and ws, now with k14 as you can see from the pics above, it is still very clear from inside for me and no visibility from outside even if there is noting to reflect so good combination (back and rear). compared to front window it is a hair darker and not much difference.

parang ganun pa rin siya before, halos wala na masiyadong adjustment, even in a low light parking, no need to roll down the window.

Anyway, my personal principle in choosing tint is go clear or go dark. Napapangitan ako sa medium tints na kita yung tao sa loob.

Since I drive in dark areas often, going for OEM05/OEM20 is out of the picture, which is why I went for clear tints.

If you're on a budget and can take the sharply decreased visibility, go with OEM05/20.

If you want maximum heat rejection while maintaining good visibility without breaking the bank, go with K14.

If you wan't maximum visibility with ample heat rejection, and don't mind the see-through interior and high cost, then get the VK70.

I don't have first-hand experience with the X-series, but the only way it'll justify its cost over the OEM series is if it really has much better visibility inside. Hopefully someone who has both in their cars can share pictures so we can compare.
Question po mga sir. I'm more or less sold with K Series of V Kool. Though not as aesthetically pleasing as OEM or VK series, it is the most practical. I'll be coming from no tints by the way. For safety purposes however when I let my girlfriend drive my car, I want to have good visibility regardless of the weather and whether the place is dark or well lit but sillouhete at most when well lit at night. Considering K28 WS and K14 wrap aroind kr K14 all the way. Which one fits my bill? Thanks!

I used to drive Manila-Bicol at the wee hours of the night (I usually leave at 12-2am). Most roads are unlit with a lot of blind curves. Never had a problem with my K14 tint all around (including windshield).

I'd say you'd be fine with K14 wraparound without compromising visibility.
