OEM05 will have better hear rejection compared to OEM20 ... you will just have to pick which is more important to you ... heat rejection or night time visibility ... if both are important then get the VK series ...

StockEngine is right - how quickly your car cools is dependent on your aircon, not your tint.
I had a 10th gen Altis with no tint at all, and it still cools much quicker after being exposed to the sun for a few hours than my Mazda 3 with OEM 20 tint because the Altis has better aircon.
The difference between higher TSER and lower TSER tint is how quickly your interior heats up. But if you leave your car under direct heat for long enough, even VK tint will still feel very hot.
In my experience, the aesthetics of OEM5 windows and OEM20 windshield is much better than OEM20 all around, and without a noticeable decrease in visibility at night.

December 7th, 2017 06:42 PM #2125Ano po Vkool tint ang marerecommend nio considering the heirarchy of these factors.
1) excellent nighttime visibility (highest consideration)
2) daytime privacy
3) price.
And for best results, dapat po ba pantay ung windshield and front windows, or pedeng iba ung front windows?

1. ws: vlt 30-40 good(medium to medium dark), vlt40-80 superior.
2. for the front doors: 26-30
some guys go for higher and end up regretting, because during bright days kita masyado
3. for rear doors and rear window you can go dark. gotta have that reversing camera though..
4. price...15k-ish, go for sunbloc ceramics. theyre priced very competitively...

Since aesthetics isn't your primary consideration, I would recommend Vkool K14. Good visibility at night, some semblance of privacy during the day, and a really good price at 6.5k.
This is how it looks like:
If you want even better visibility you can get K28 for your windshield.

Not getting the free 3M tint sa dealer.
Good idea ba for Vitara if:
OEM35 - front windshield
OEM20 - front passenger, both sides
OEM05 - rear passenger, both sides, rear quarter glass + rear windshield
K28 - sunroof (asked the shop, yan daw madalas ikabit sa sunroof), thinking of K14 pero baka hindi na kita ang stars sa gabi.
Priorities -
1. Night visibility (since the Vitara has poor stock LED projectors and I mostly drive at nights)
2. Privacy/aesthetics (I want the tint shade from the outside to be black para match sa 2 toned color, except sa sunroof, thus K series)
3. Budget (10k?)
4. Heat/sunlight from the sunroof since the cover in the Vitara is pretty thin, real thin. Least priority ko since ako lang lagi mag isa and I rarely drive na maaraw/noon.

I suggest you make your front windshield OEM20 as well. In my experience, its not difficult to drive with it at night and you get better privacy

Thanks sir.
More or less same sya ng night visibility ng 3M CS20 noh? Yun kase naka lagay sa ws ko now plus HID retrofit. Ok naman visibility sa gabi.
Pero sa Vitara kase mas mahina output nung stock LED vs sa retrofit ko currently.
Or if mag OEM series lang ako ng vkool, just go with 3M CS series na lang? Almost double din kase difference and not sure if it's worth it.
