December 7th, 2017 06:00 AM #1Every year the German tuning elite meet at the Essen Motor Show and every year the VDAT (German Auto Tuners Association) show a tuned vehicle in Police guise as part of the "Tune it Safe" campaign. This year's car is a VW Golf R transformed by the renowned German Tune Oettinger in to an Oettinger Golf 400R.
