What's the difference between the two set of awards?

For the senior citizen award that might be understandable to verify the age.

How about the Loyalty Award? I want to nominate yebo & happy gilmore but since they did not sign up for the EB this is not anymore applicable for them. This is also applicable for the shoutbox king & queen award.
