Guys, What to expect in sand dunes? Is it best to go there at early in the mornig? If so how earl?
We will be traveling from manila to Vigan via Nlex and sctex. Would it be best to stay a night in Vigan and then transfer hotel to Laoag stay there a night or two then go back to manila? Thanks!Last edited by larshell; December 6th, 2008 at 11:50 AM.
