I think ltfrb is trying their best naman to balance between the volume of tnvs cars and traffic they’ll cause. If gawin nilang unlimited number of tnvs, sila naman masisisi for the horrendous traffic itll bring.
Sila na rin naglimit ng number of units for Grab and opened new lines for other players so theres no monopoly.

Now for the alleged corruption in ltfrb, sobrang nabawasan na significantly pero meron pa rin. A bus owner used to pay 800k monthly para sa mga padulas at walang huli ng units nya, now it’s only 150-200k na lang daw.
That amount goes to several players, not sure kung kasali ang ltfrb.
