meron na bang nakapag-renew ng US visa recently at same procedure pa rin ba katulad ng sinasabi dito sa thread?

Advice ko lang... READ THE APPLICATION FORM
1. Do not bring your cellphone inside the Embassy compound.
2. Do not bring perfume / liquid bottles inside the Embassy compound.
If you think makalusot ka sa gate, hindi ka makalusot sa x-ray area papasok sa interview area. Once mahuli ka with things na bawal nakasulat sa application form, they will not let you go inside for your scheduled interview... they will reschedule your interview. sayang oras mo.
Lesson...If you want to go to U.S.A. you should practice how to follow the rules dito pa lang.![]()
Kailangan bang hintayin muna mag-expire yung current VISA bago payagang makapag-renew?
diba wala na renewal ngayon, tama ba?
pag nagexpire na visa mo, then wala na yun. you apply for a new visa ule, same process ang dadaanan mo sa mga 1st time applicants.

Isa sa 3 nilang anak, na-deny dahil daw more than 18years old and a student(not gainfully employed) .....
9101:thatsit:
hinde naman nagbago, ganyan naman talaga since dati, if you're an adult then you should prove on your own merits that you can afford to be a tourist in the US.
yup! before kasi pre 9/11 ang renewal was drop box lang no more interviews and all. now after 9/11 balik ka ulit sa step one. but technically if you're for renewal kahit ngayon, if you didn't violated any immigration law naman nila then I don't see any problem na hinde ka ma issuehan ng bagong visa.
it's always easier for applicants na for renewal lang compared to a first timers. yun basis nila ng ng denial na "all applicants are considered intending immigrant unless proven otherwise" eh sa mga for renewal hinde na applicable since they have all the chance na mag TnT and yet hinde nila ginawa the mere fact na andoon ang applicant for renewal eh hinde applicable yun section na yun.
so you already proven na you don't have an intention of over staying sa US.

sa bdo, you also fill up some forms for payment.. kasama yung form sa payment sa dadalhin mo sa actual interview .. most of the things nakalagay talaga dun sa web site ..
ang idagdag ko lang, although this is a matter of preference... i chose kasi the morning schedule sa interview... we checked in sa katapat na hotel the night before para sigurado.. at that time, my baby daughter was about a year old so medyo mahirap morning rituals... dun na kami sa hotel sa tapat ng embassy para mabilis... although by the time natapos yung interview... mag 11 na ata nun..
Hello Sir James! Just be reaedy for the documents that they need, the usual ITR, Bank Statements, Land titles, CC statements etc. If am not mistaken kase, you still have to call them for an appointment upon payment of the application fee.
This link will be very helpful po: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwhniv7.html
ako since renewal na ay renewed uli.. the first time i got a US visa was in the early 90s, work related.. so sagot ng company so walang problem.. then i got assigned in a project in the US for a few years on an L2 visa.. so pag resign ko sa company na yun.. na revoke na L2 visa ko.. but.. since nagka L2 na ako at umuwi pa ako to resign from the company.. hindi ako nag TNT dun... getting my first B1/B2 after that L2 was a breeze..
sa wife ko, nabigyan din sya.. nung 1st time she applied, she was still single and they went to the interview as a group of 4 single ladies (magkakapatid) .. kaya denied lahat.. ni hindi na tinignan yung mga papers na dala nila... but in this case.. significantly nagbago na yung kanyang status (from single to married).. so dun lang sya bumalik at okay naman...
sa baby ko.. nabigyan din...
napansin ko lang.. nung bago sa interview.. madaming pila.. pinalipat lipat kami ng pila ng mga 3 times... nung pagtapat sa akin ng mag interview... pagpasa ko ng application ko, scan nya yung bar code and it seems na may complete background info na agad sila sa system nila.. then, konting tanong sya sa wife ko.. then ayun.. sabi agad na mag coordinate dun sa courier on how to get the passports back... feeling ko lang may background info na agad sila... now dun sa mga wala silang makuhang background info.. dun sangkaterbang tanong.. mas mahigpit sila...
hi...
ask ko lang sana kung kelangan pa ng medical for tourist visa? if yes, what particular tests are being done? thanks in advance![]()
No need for medical exam. For more info, punta ka sa US embassy website: http://manila.usembassy.gov/ then click on "Consular & Visa Services". A drop-down menu will appear. Click on the type of visa: kung tourist, sa "Non-Immigrant Visa Information" ka pumunta. Sundan lang ang mga direction and you'll be fine. Good luck.
Btw, be ready to spend up to 3 hrs at the embassy when the interview sked is confirmed. Magdala ng magazine para di mainip. Swerte yung dala kong Top Gear w/c was in my plastic envelope. When the consul saw it, we got to talk about cars - mahilig pala siya. Of course pinuri ko yung Camaro w/c was on the cover of the Jan/Feb issue. After a few customary questions, he said, "Your visa's approved. Please proceed to the Air21 booth to arrange for its delivery." Siyempre sagot naman ako ng "Thanks and have a nice day!" in my most wrrs-wrrs accent.
In short, TNT yung kapatid nya dun. Ang concern nila ngayong mag-pamilya eh malapit ng mag-expire yung visa nila at gusto nilang mag-renew, pero baka daw ma-trace yung kapatid nya dun.
Ang tanong, posible bang ma-trace yung kapatid nya dun kapag nagpa-renew na sila ng visa or worse ma-deny or magkaproblema ba sila sa application nila?
