    marinated daw at overnight yung lechon cebu before roasting....so hindi lang dahil ipinahid yung flavor mixture....nakakagutom naman topic nyo...matingnan nga yung sa Fort na yan.

    ah lechon cebu... i can almost taste the sa may ribs area.. yummmm! so far all the "lechon cebu" ive tasted in manila are just saltier versions of lechon manila. magkano na ba palipad nyan ngayon?

    Pioneer Supermarket yung nasa corner ng Pioneer and United sa may Mandaluyong...

    depende sa size yung price e.

    dati 5k yata kuha namin sa maliit e...

    iba talaga yung lechon cebu compared dun sa mga nasa laloma, mas malasa talaga di na kelangan ng sarsa

    I guess the "Lechon Cebu" being sold in Manila is like those Chicken Bacolods in Manila IMO... The taste is on the outside; once you get inside nawawala na yung lasa; unlike the real deals.

    I remember Erap used to have Lechon Cebu flown in often for his shindigs (using taxpayer money i guess :P).

    sarap nga ng lechon cebu..hehehe..nito lang ako nakatikim nito. kahit walang sauce..sana ung sa pioneer ganon din ang lasa. :D
