Uy! ngayon ko lang nabasa ito, nakauwi ka na yata, sorry... magkakadikit lahat ng resort dito, mas mura kumuha ng bangka sa sa mga katabing resort, pwede ka magkanvas nag snorkling ako dun sa dulo sa La Luz, daming isda dun, nilakad ko lang papunta, tapos langoy pauwi...halos 20 to 30 mins may offer rin sila trekking e, inquire mo na lang sa in charge

ok lang sir, nag kayak kami (libre na binigay ng Virgin). May charge dapat yun pero dahil sa may nangyari ay nalibre kami. Di pala pwede mag kayak nun araw na nandun kami kasi malakas ang alon pero pinayagan kami ng isang staff. Di yata alam nun staff na nagbigay sa amin ng kayak na di muna pwede. Enjoy kami sa pag kayak kasi naka sunod kami sa alon narating namin yung dulong resort na may sariling mini pier. Nun pabalik na kami nagsimula yung problema kasi halos di kami umaandar. Lampas 2hrs na pala kami, dapat 1hr lang yung kayak. Yung mother namin na naiwan sa cottage pinahanap na kami dahil di pa nga kami bumabalik. Kaya sinundo kami ng maliit na bangka at hinila pabalik sa Virgin. Noon lang namin nalaman na di pala dapat kami pinayagan mag kayak. Di naman kami kinabahan nun nahihirapan kami magsagwan pabalik ang plano kasi namin ay dalhin sa pinakamalapit na resort na di mabato at bubuhatin na lang namin yung kayak pabalik sa Virgin

Mag trekking sana kami after nun kayak kaya lang whole day pala yun, at kailangan sabihan sila ng maaaga or ng gabi pa lang. Nag poker na lang kami maghapon at naghihiga dun sa mga beach chair. Ang tahimik sa Virgin noon at di maaraw kaya ang sarap humilata sa beach

Wifey and I went to Laiya for the first time last Holy Thursday. Kabayan Beach Resort (http://www.kabayanresort.com.ph/index.html) was the first familiar sign that came up on the left so we went in and asked if they still had vacant rooms. Meron daw for couples only kasi booked na yung mga family rooms nila. We decided to get the room na lang baka maubusan pa. Sure enough after 5 mins la nang vacancy When we were shown our room our initial reaction was "nasa Rosal ba tayo?" because of the big mirror beside the bed! For couples nga

The beach was very nice with fine sand and clear water. First few steps from the shore is pebbly. Keep walking past the sand bar and floats and the sand becomes fine again. Slope is very gentle and you have to walk quite a bit to get to neck-deep water. Even though the rooms and cottages were full the beach was not crowded. They set up a stage by the seashore pero since Holy Week siguro walang show that night.

They have an open-air self-service cafeteria that's open until midnight. Food was not that expensive since di naman sya fine dining. The drinks in the room minibar go for around 30 pesos each so di nakakatakot kumuha. They also have a small sari-sari store that sells most of what you might need. Halo-halo (mas maraming laman kesa ice!!!) and fruit shakes are served by the beach.

We got good value for money and we were not disappointed with our stay there. It's a good place to relax with none of the noise you'd expect from other resorts. We're planning to go back with the kids some other weekend.

Nga pala since the Star tollway extends all the way to San Jose (?) na would it be quicker to go to San Juan via Ibaan instead of passing through Lipa City?

you can book in advance para walang hassle.. we stayed at La Luz last time we were there.. medyo expensive kasi buffet meals sya.. 1T per head per day yata yung food.. tapos yung rooms pa..

Sa La Luz ba, may assigned tables para sa mga meals? o first come first serve dito? panay positive comment kasi, at swerte may rooms available pa Strict ba sila sa mga smuggled food and drinks?
