Example for PAL, just apply at the terminal before you get you check-in. There are forms there you can fill-up and have a temporary "card" to check-in with to accumulate your flight miles on.

As for which is best, it depends on your frequent destinations. Some have expirations on the accumulated flight miles. Others, you can also credit hotel stays in accredited-partner hotels.

magkano po bang miles ang mailalagay sa account nyo pag lumipad kayong apat sa iisang flight? kunwari Manila to Singapore 1477 miles ang maeearn times 4 po ba yun?thanks po in advance

Pwede ka rin maka-earn ng miles using credit cards.

...depende po yan sa lugar na madalas nyong puntahan,kung europe and americas,yung mga airlines na member ng skyteam alliance,para kung elite member na kayo may mga benefits,kagaya po ng priority check-in at free access kayo sa mga lounge;
kung hongkong naman po,cathay pacific (marco polo club) at kung asean lang ang punta nyo PAL (mabuhay miles),halos parehas naman po ang mga benefits nila basta't elite member ka na;

Mabuhay Miles MNL-HKG-MNL: 15,000 miles only

Asia Miles MNL-HKG-MNL: need 25,000 miles.

Ang problema sa Mabuhay Miles, need mo pa pumunta sa office nila to book for the flight.
