I was there yesterday. Arrived at 7am and left at 2pm.
camp john hay and mines view park![]()
Dec 10-12 2010
Camp John Hay
Good Shepherd
Pink Sisters
Burnham Park
Palengke
Session Road
SM
Last Sept.
I just stay at the house (borrowed... hehe) most of the time and do DVD marathons or sleep.
Favorite places are John Hay, driving along Ambuklao Road and Country Club.
Miss the old Baguio though (when the Strawberry Fields were actual fields, John Hay was still a US R&R facility, Mines View actually had mines that could be viewed), and you could still drive around and smell the Pine (and not smoke from an ageing FX taxi or old truck).

I love the Palengke the most!
2004 was the last time I went to Baguio and it was somewhat traumatic since it took us almost 10 hours going home to Makati. NLEX was still under construction then.
I don't mind not joining trips to Baguio as long as I get raisin bread from Baguio country club as my pasalubong![]()

traffic.

north haven spa. cheap pricing + excellent service = a must after a long drive![]()
Our family was there Jan2-4 last year.
Fav places are the wide open fields of Camp John Hay and PMA.... And, there's a retreat center for St. Scho(?) along Marcos Hiway,- real nice place.....

Currently in Baguio.
Favorite place is Camp John Hay to get away from the heavy traffic in Baguio City at this time of year.
Nice place for a bite is House of Waffle or Starbucks in Camp John Hay for a relaxing hour or so. Downside, wifi is weak or slow or both so bring your own internet connection.
Bro.,- you may want to try Forest House along Loakan Road, near John Hay..... It is near the roundabout where Session Rd, Military Cut-Off Road and Loakan Road meet.
Nice comfy place...

Enjoy your vacation(?) Sir Ghosthunter!
Been in Baguio last April 23-29, 2009
Stayed at Camp John Hay The Manor Suites for 4 days but it seems that we wanted the downtown Baguio scenario so we transfered to Prime Hotel.
We went to Asin Hot Springs. It was far but worth it.
Yes, SM Baguio was so crowded hence, you would want to go to the verandas dahil ang init na sa loob!
As usual, Burnham Park.
Baguio Cathedral.

I noticed that gasoline sa Baguio is 53 pesos per liter. diesel 38+. Bakit
kaya malaki difference sa Gasoline?. and yung Gasoline niya same for unleaded
or premium.
