    MANILA, Philippines - (UPDATED August 22) The Malacaņang Palace is set to announce in the coming weeks a proclamation declaring a regular holiday throughout the country for Eidul Adha or "Feast of Sacrifice," which is expected on Friday, September 1, 2017.
