I just recently found out na bawal na ngumiti for your passport picture. When I was about to have my picture taken, sabi saken nung babae: "bawal po ngumiti at ilabas ang ngipin". Since pagod ako dahil sa napaka-tagal na wait time sa DFA (from 1:30pm, I finished by 9pm), I just gave my "default" look.

Ano pong preferred nyo mga paps if given the choice: Nakangiti o hindi?

For easy recognition.... Sa visa application, some are requiring that both ears be visible....

. . . as usual no wearing of glasses

Some DFA employees are having a hard time when it comes to toddlers and those that are 'special childs'

That's what I thought. Pati yata ibang countries are already implementing this. Dahil kaya to sa mga terrorist attacks the past couple of years?

this was the topic last night at BNO

the purpose of this is for easy recognition of the face. some also said that it's a anti-terrorism thing (not sure though)

tomorrow i will pass my documents to british embassy for VISA approval. it is indicated or noted there that the picture to be submitted must see all the features of face and you cant smile

-if you are a muslim (babae) dpat yung forehead mo di cover...
    -bawal contact lens
-at dapat full face (medyo naka zoom ang face)

    yung iba nakalimutan ko na...
