Balesin island ( has the biggest balete tree )

    Members only 3M membership fee

Charter flight in and out of the island
    (alphaland hangar) 25mins flight time
or if you own a chopper that would be great

Golf carts are mode of transpo round the island
You can rent your own or have the crew shuttle you around

Paradise on earth is all i can say .....

Members only. U fly there using private plane at 6k round trip per person, then u rent cottages there too. May bayad rin, forgot the amount. Mga 4-5k ata, cheapest. Parts of the island have different themes, bali, greek etc. Ok dun, mahal lng magpamember. 1.5M pre selling dati, now its 2-3M na per share. Food raw masarap and mura.

I think my family went there before few years back but I was not with them. If I remember it right parang ibang name niya eh or probably different island resort yun.

I will ask them. Alam before ma open yan eh parang na offer pa nga Sa mga discount discount na offer.

    Pero iba talaga pangalan.

Yes been there quite a few times already

Very private island , very nice crew, staff very courteous people .Good food , good service . Class A facilties . Top notch destination
If your family want privacy and relaxation this is a good investment for your dad ..

You are pretty much paying for the privacy and the exclusivity of the resort ... Not everybody can go there like i said you need to fly in and out of the island

Bumped into him at the hangar very down to earth i must say

Read before that they're adding up on planes due to the increasing visitors as well. In-laws of my sis are members and they were satisfied before; i'll ask her if anything changed.

my only thought there is the weather since Balesin is in the typhoon belt east coast of Luzon.

Balesin island club is just the perfect vacation place for privacy and comfort...
It champions solitude and meditation activity but the climate is very hot during summer.

You have to stay most of the time in your aircon cottage. If you are going to stay for a longer
period of time try different themes. Good luck if you can brave he outdoor heat.

^ thank you for the insight boss.

    * primo, yeah typhoon belt nga, which gives me a bit of hesitation. a staff told us that they had to "rent" chavit singsons jet to augment their planes, dami daw dumating last holy week. anyway, my old man has the last say, all i can do is ride that jet.

Around how much is a share? Baka mamaya, you're better off buying your own island. But hey I agree, if your old man is springing the bill, just shaddap and ride the jet indeed

Here's another nice island we went to before. They only rent it out to one group at a time so you have the whole place to yourself. Island Buenavista-Private Island Resort in Davao, Philippines

I went to an island near Balesin before, Cagbalete Island. Drove all the way to Mauban in the dead of night and took a 30-40 minute banca ride (where we bumped another banca in the middle of the bay!), and stayed in a nipa hut with no electricity. Priceless.

Tapos hiram natin yung private jet ni Shadow para hindi na tayo makiki-pila sa "regular" jet plane with other club members.

LOL, baka sa monthly club fees pa lang, wala na akong pambayad.

LSB, my sister said na happy pa rin naman daw yung in-laws niya sa shares up to now. Hindi nga lang madalas puntahan (maybe once or twice a year).
