T-IV atf equivalent

I remember Speedyfix saying before on the zz boards that Royal Purple ATF is Toyota Type-IV compatible.

Is T-IV not available sa casa? For what car is this? AFAIR, a liter of Vios ATF (maybe the same?) costs around Php 900+.
