    car's a 2010 mazda 2 A/T

can't help but notice that there's slight juddering of the car whenever it's fully stopped and left at D. comes and goes, and revs don't vary

    disappears if put into neutral.

is this normal? haven't found an answer yet...

mileage is 11,200 km. the ATF is okay, and wasn't replaced during the 6 month PMS

    and another question:

I read from the faq that it's not good to shift the engine from park if the idle is high... so does this mean that I have to wait until the idle drops down when the engine is warming up?

Does the juddering happen with the engine hot or cold?

Shifting out of park with the engine still cold (high idle) is fine. It helps in warming up the ATF faster. You just need to keep your foot on the brakes firmly to prevent any sudden surging. Though, it's fairly standard on all A/T cars that you step on the brakes before the system allows you to shift out of Park.
