    Guys,

    I noticed that when I press the clutch, certain noise tends to disappear and re appears when not pressed. What's this? I don't see any problem with the clutch yet because I am not experiencing any slide.... thanks in advance...

    gregg_g::: Symptom of a misaligned clutch release bearing. Nothing to be alarmed about. This part will still perform its task until your clutch needs replacement. Btw, how far has your vehicle travelled? You may need to be wary of clutch slipping sooner or later.

    How many years na ba yun Car mo? if it's older than 5 years then it could be of the FF reasons;
    1st - if the sound is like a Jungle Rattle then it could be the loose springs of your clutch disc.
    2nd - if it's caused by a vibration, it could be your plywheel or pressure plate having uneven surface bcoz of wear and tear.
    3rd - if squeaking noise, it could be your clutch pushrod hitting the rim of the master liner w/c is caused by misaligned or loose bolts of your master.
    4th - if it's still new i suggest you have it checked w/ your Casa to avoid voiding wrnty.

    Oh i see that u hav a Mit Paj, if it's from subic, better chk the alignment of the push rods and the pivoting points of the clutch pedal itself.

    WD40 could solve the noise but its temporary solution only...

    I had a similar problem before ( a ringing sound) and it turned out to be the release bearing.

    pagtyagaan mo na lang muna ung ingay na yun. sayang kasi ang ibabayad mo sa labor pag papapaltan mo ung release bearing lang.

    isabay mo na lang sa pagpapalit ng clutch.

    pajero na gen 2 ko ganyan din !!!!!!

    88,000 kms ang mileage. does this affect the transfer of power from the engine to the wheels?
