    thanks in advance...

Youve got a turbo, sounds like there might be a small hole that is opening up when you depress your pedal and letting a small amount of air in it. Or does it make the same sound at low speeds? Try listening at 2 vary different speeds and seeing if they sound alike or different. Or could have been a vacuum leak or hydraulic fluid leak(see if fluid okey or leaking down onto the pedal ).

If the noise is only heard when you depress the clutch and disappears when you release it, I'm almost certain that it's a bad pilot bearing.

I experienced exactly the same thing. It's the clutch release bearing. Lalakas ng lalakas tunog niyan. Tapos unt-unti, magkakaroon na ng shudder. Finally, one day your clutch just won't release when you change gear. You can still shift because you can still depress the clutch. But when you lift your foot from the pedal, hindi sasama pabalik. You have to pump it up and down to make it release. At pag nag release, bigla yung jolt.

Better have it checked now before it damages your pressure plate. Yung sa akin kasi okay pa sana yung pressure plate at saka kapal pa ng clutch disk. Pero yung gitna ng pressure plate na tumatama doon sa bearing napudpod kasi ayaw na nga sumama paikot noong bearing.

Most likely cause niyan is water that seeped into your bell housing. Yung sa akin kasi ilang beses na nagri-river crossing.

thanks sa mga reply peeps.. actually ganun nga yung prob.. maririnig yung tunog pag tnatapakan yung clutch then nawawala pag bitaw. another weird sound na naririnig ko, pag tnatapakan yung clutch may squeaking sound galing sa pedal, pero nung pinatingin ko sa mechanic, he just sprayed wd40 somewhere dun sa end ng pedal, nawala na.. then after a week bumalik nanaman.. but what made it weird is minsan wala yung squeak, minsan meron.. related din kaya to sa mga possible culprits na namention nyo above?

The main symptom of a bad release bearing is if the noise is heard while the clutch pedal is released (clutch plate is engaged). I think the OP experienced the opposite problem, in that, the noise only happens when the clutch pedal is depressed (clutch plate is disengaged).

While the clutch pedal is depressed, the release bearing is not rotating with the engine, so I think it's unlikely that the release bearing is causing the noise.

im quite positive na naririnig yung sound when disengaging the clutch (pedal pressed). kasi nung first time ko narinig to was when shifting to neutral to do a full stop. but i dont get to experience shuddering when accelerating from a full stop. just the same, when disengaging the clutch to shift to 1st gear, andun nanaman yung tunog... badly need to have this fixed kasi medyo nakakaparanoid gamitin yung kotse sa long drive. laguna to qc pa naman ako madalas. yoko ma-tow or makadagdag ng traffic sa edsa pag nagkataon.. hehe

may mairerecommend ba kayo na magaling na repair shop for this? preferrably sa south pero ok lang rin kahit sa north...

much thanks to everyone who replied...

    Yup, mukhang pilot bearing/bushing nga.

WD40 is not meant for long-term lubrication... it is used primarily to displace water and as a penetrant to dislodge stuck metal items like tools, hinges, nuts & bolts, etc. WD40 only leaves a light lubricant and it easily dries up. Use silicon spray or grease instead.

kailangan talaga maipasyal mo sa mechanic yan para mapinpoint kung saan nagmumula yung tunog

YOU SOLVED THE PROBLEM! WD40 is only a temporary lube, and since after you spray some lube on the pivot point of the pedal and the squeak stopped, you figured the problem out. It (the pivot point of the pedal) needs to be cleaned and greased. Done deal. Good job on saving yourself a lot of money!
